Location, have air purifier and mircowave. Nope, the score is too low for such an excellent hotel.

AC didn’t work well, smelled like smoke and room very small
-
Good location, 10ish minute walk from train station and Aeon mall. Quick check in and self check out. Comfy and quiet. Waiting “room” for elevator was quite warm. The double room bed was smaller than a normal double or “full” American bed. Room is on the smaller side.

All good and all wonderful and all delightful. Nope.

Location is ok Poorly maintained budget hotel that cuts corners unnecessarily to make a bad experience. No is the answer. No additional keys. No coffee nor tea despite having a coffeemaker. No ice. No refund if you hate the hotel and leave early. Not enough furniture. Furniture that is there is beat up. Bathroom incredibly tiny. No security for elevator. Bug traps on the floor.

It was a one-night stop on our way from Nagasaki to Osaka, and I was completely disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The AC console unit was full of mold. I would not recommend this place

Firstly, don’t mistake this Hotel for the similarly name hotel on the other side of the station. I paid more for this hotel than I usually do so was a little disappointed that it wasn’t as good as cheaper hotels. Everything was fine but I got the feeling that hotel is a little neglected and understaffed. The staff were good though. I say neglected because there were stains on the carpet in the hallways outside the rooms. The furniture in the room was scratched and looked old like something out of a second hand shop. The bed and bathroom was super clean but the floor of the bathroom is grey, not by design but, through a layer of ingrained dirt. I think the cleaning staff don’t have the right equipment to clean the floor or don’t have enough time to do it. Not a bad hotel but I slightly regretted staying her. If it has been cheap it would have been acceptable. I guess. I felt that the rooms had been partially renovated recently but the furniture was old and scratched. The entertainment area is nearby. People from the 1F street entrance can go directly to the floors by the elevator. It is monitored though. Close to the scenic river and entertainment area. You can walk about a third of the way underground from the station.

location is good. The hotel is old and small. The staff here are less helpful compared to the staff in other hotels.

Very poor

some hour later checkout would be nice; so stressful when you are overseas tourist with lots of luggage

Room, staff, price, location. Be good to have an ice machine...
-
It also accommodated sudden stays The room smelled a little like cigarettes
-
Near Aeon and Castle The window frame and behind TV are not clean up
-
The air conditioner is noisy so I couldn’t use it in the night.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful . The location is great not too far from station and also tram station for Korakuen garden and Okayama. Plenty of lovely restaurant and bar kitchens around . Will definitely consider to use this friendly hotel again . All good

Location was fun I booked a stay for four people - two adults, two teenagers. When I noticed that the room suggested on Booking.com which I selected was effectively two single beds for four of us I contacted them. They replied just after my deadline to cancel saying it’s fine for four. It fitted us four in but barely our bags.
