Location from station and bus stop close. Rooms had a musty odor. I had 2 separate rooms. Room not comfortable and did not provide complementary water bottles. Most hotels we stayed at did provide water.

It is very close to the JR Okayama Station. Free coffee service hours.

Breakfast was great. As we were travelling North to Matsue we could leave our luggage for 2 days until we came back. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were no complaints.

Great location close to transportation, restaurants, bars, shopping mall and touristic sights. You can leave your suitcase at the front desk if you arrive early. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which was helpful to me. The elevators feel safe because you need to scan your room key in order to use them. The hotel and the rooms need a refurbishment because everything looks and feels very worn and dated. The reception area is a mirror palace. The blinds in the room are old-school wooden sliding shutters. The furniture is scuffed and has damage everywhere. The AC is Central, so you can only control the air flow but not the temperature. The bathroom drains smelled badly. And to top it all off, I woke up at 6am thinking something was on fire but turns out it was super intense cigarette smoke coming from either a neighboring (non-smoking) room or the hallway. It lasted a long 15 minutes and was enough to put me off staying here again.

Close to the train. Very bad washing machines. Took 4 hours to wash and dry not including the money it cost

Nice and clean hotel. Friendly and helping staff. Good to explore the city from there. Lot‘s of shops, restaurants, snd small streets with Sakura around. Tram is also going from the main road in front of the hotel, so very convenient.

Great location, very near Okayama station. You can reach the castle and garden by walking for about 15 min. They provide the usual amenities, coffee, tea. Even if the hotel was at the main street, it wasnt noisy at all. There were lots of konbinis, restos and fastfood around the area. I would stay here again if I come back to Okayama. The room could get warm, so had to open the window to let some cool air in. There was a temp control in the room but it was a heater presumably bec it was still cold season.

Good location. Comfy beds. There is a mismatch between the hotel's policy for children and those on booking.com. This led to a disagreement about the price to stay (we had paid upfront with booking.com). We eventually came to an agreement but the kids were not allowed to have the included breakfast. They didn't miss much as the breakfast was sparse and cold. The hotel would have been great in it's day, but it is looking very tired in 2025. We got the feeling they were cutting costs at every opportunity. I recommend staying somewhere else.

The convenience hotel provided when we went for 1 night stay at an Onsen Hotel and return the next day, by keeping our luggages which allowed us to pack light Breakfast was sumptuous with varieties Nothing!
