Perfect business hotel, quiet and clean rooms. Location is convenient and has nice views, could always rely on this hotel for business trips. This year, specific staff member’s extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior; was shocked by her attitude.

Clean and spacious which is important in Japan. A lot of amenities to take and the breakfast buffet was amazing, best one so far in my opinion!

The room is comfortable, reasonable price, and breakfast is ok. halfway to Korakuen from the station The location is 800m from Okayama Station, but can be accessed by tram and bus (but I don't know what bus number).

- all staff were friendly and spoke English which was helpful to me and make check-in easy & fast - decent sized room (my large suitcase fit when opened) - in between the station and the castle area My main issue was cleanliness levels, specifically in the bathroom. The floor of the bathroom is textured, so you would need a rough brush and elbow grease to clean it. I can't imagine the crew has enough time to do this, so it looks dirty and stained. The vent also was full of dust, yet this could easily be cleaned.

Nice soaker tub. Location close to train station. Room was clean but no cleaning service after you are in there No coffee available, just green tea. Didn’t love having to put the garbage in the hallway along with all the wet towels because in the morning you’re walking past everybody’s garbage. One block from the street with all the girl bars.

Straight forward. Clean, decent quality, friendly, helpful staff. Daily towel change without possibility to influence is a bit over the top.
