I like everything! Only I don't like.. I don't like bungalow when we sleep, don't have shampoos and don't charge the bed sheets and towels.

Food has no enough meet menu, but manageable.

swimming pool and activities, the meals with many options, spa service very good staff needs to speak English

staff were nice and helpful. Pictures are deceiving. Rooms are a lot a lot smaller than what pictures look like. Even the hotel, the building's size, the lobby, the pool. Everything is way smaller. Rooms are barely 30m squared in area. The room I got had dented doors, food crumbs on the bed, some of the furniture's paint was peeling too.

the people are fantastic and friendly. The beach and the location. The cleanliness of the rooms isn’t the best. I think they should improve the capacity in the restaurant. Avoid so many people at the same time in the same place.

The hotel provides all the needs for the visitors and the staff was welcoming Cleaning of the room could have been better

Beautiful place

Location and beach were great. Beautiful nature and landscapes. Wonderful sea view. Staff is working so hard and is highly dedicated to customers. Kudos to cleaning staff, kitchen staff and waiters. Check-in could have been smoother but given the amount of guests Rahila at reception desk did her best to remedy the situation. Short times for lunch and dinner. A bit overcrowded at times. Otherwise delivers on its promises.

very good pool and water slides for the kids. generous food and drinks accessible almost all day. quite location for night walk. good evening live shows and activities. We took a family bungalow, it was a bit old and in need of TLC. we had issues with air con, they stopped twice. couldn’t understand why we had to pay for the internet, 13 Euros for 7 days, however the rooter in the bungalow was broken and it took the reception 2 days to take action, send a technician and replace the broken rooter. a bit disappointed on how this particular issue was dealt with by the reception at the hotel.

The hotel has all the entertainment for adults and children.animator department was very friendly.food was good,different menu every day.indeed good hotel with lots of entertainment and fun activities. The problem was of communication.staff barely talk in English. Family bungalow was very bad ,third class rooms with dirty bathroom and smell.my kids gets bites marks every day,probably bed bugs. The thing which ruin our family holiday was my husband phone stolen from the room.no compensation given for that.

nice pool this is hardly a 3-star hotel and complete rip off. There is extremely loud music in the rooms all day. rooms are so poorly insulated that you can even hear your neighbor’s TV. rooms don’t even have a duvet. there were not even towels for the pool. they had “run out” of pool towels, while there were barely 20-30 people by the pool. we left after one day because my father couldn’t get any sleep. we asked for some sort of partial refund and both the hotel and Booking.com refused to give any refund. this was the last time I trust Booking.com for my travels. Google ratings are far more accurate
