Grand Hotel President Olbia

Desk staff were extremely hospitable, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond expectations- the best on our travels. The hotel is clean and very acceptable, especially for the price Room was a little small, A/C was hard to figure out, room was a little warm. The decor/furnishings were old fashioned.

This is a large and elegant hotel, perfectly located for exploring the tourist section of Olbia and taking day trips to other towns and nearby beaches. Our room was attractive and comfortable, with a balcony that got both sun and shade, which was practical, and faced the sea. There is a small hotel parking lot with no reserved spaces, where we were able to park twice during our stay; when it was full, there was a large parking lot nearby with free parking for 24 hours. The breakfast buffet is enormous, and we enjoyed all the choices. To get a room with a sea view, we also had to face a series of busy streets. If I stayed here again, I'd sacrifice the view and request a room on the far side of the hotel, as far away from street noise as possible.

Warm welcome, helpful staff, good facilities, clean rooms and hotel, excellent breakfast. Car parking on site. Vista over Olbia and rooftop terrace. The road outside carries lots of traffic to and from the ferries. In the evenings, this made it unbearable to use the balcony.

The location is fantastic the hotel is very clean and all the staff are super helpful and always happy ready to help .

Room was spacious, clean and with nice balcony.. excellent value for the money.. if I were to visit Olbia again, I would definitely stay there The entry to the side parking lot can be improved to ease the exit process.. the bottom of our car hugged the curb every time ?

The shower looked nice but was quite small and a bit difficult to use.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast buffett was good. An old structure much in need of a revamp. Hotel is situated on a busy roundabout. Disposable cups and teaspoons used in a “Deluxe” category room and at breakfast which is unacceptable. No porter with 10 massive steps up to reception.

The breakfast was superb. Many different options catering to many different tastes. Staff was helpful, willing and cheerful. Rooms could have been a bit cheerier. Perhaps a throw rug or an extra chair to sit on?

The receptionist upon arrival was excellent and very accommodation, my initial arrival was difficult as the road to the hotel was closed and the initial phone contact was not helpful due to language barriers but upon arrival the staff were excellent, professional and friendly and hel[pful The room was fine with basic facilities and I was facing the main street and was one of only two rooms without a balcony but besides this the room was very comfortable and clean.

Staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble Bar opening times as it would be nice to be able to have a drink on the terrace during the day.
