The front desk woman Valentina was exceptional-she helped before my arrival by coordinating a transfer and finding a dinner reservation late night on a day when many restaurants were closed. The room was very crowded for two people with 2 pieces of luggage each but the positives outweighed any negative

The staff are outstanding - very helpful and nothing is too difficult to do for you. Location was excellent - a short walk and you were in the heart of the hustle and bustle of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of savoury and sweet selections and the coffee was great. I would stay there again on my next visit to Sardinia and recommend this hotel to my friends too. Nothing as everything was perfect

Location is great Bed was extremely uncomfortable. No computer to print boarding passes. Layout of our room was unusual. Parking logistics were challenging which almost made us miss our flight.

Clean homey I paid for three nights and want a refund for my unused third night. The communication with booking.com was very poor and next to none

Location is excellent, parking close by 200 m walk. Breakfast was very basic , however,staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating, bedroom very small, bathroom ok but hotel provided no soap, nor bottled water.. the hotel need to improve the guest experience to secure 4 stars.

Loved the staff and the charming setting of the hotel. We had a beautiful balcony and a nice relaxing stay. Location is awesome for walking to restaurants although i am glad we didn’t have a car to park at the time as pretty narrow streets. Our room was small which was fine because we didn’t need much. It would be nice to have had some hotel facilities like a bar or a place to have drinks but that’s fine too as there are many locations around the corner

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. Comfortable room albeit a bit warm despite having A/C on. Parking was reasonable and fairly close by.

Breakfast was exceptional and the staff were exceptional too. Wished the air conditioner system was operational. We closed the window due to street noice hence found the room stuffy at night due to lack of flow.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful with information. It is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The breakfast was lovely. I dont think however it is really a 4 star hotel. The toiletries in the bathroom were very limited. There is no food available other than the buffet breakfast. There is no room service. The mini bar is very limited. There are no other facilities like a gym. I really loved the hotel and staff so would probably go back but think it would be even more perfect with some small tweaks.
