Great place to stay when we are seeing family in the area. Stayed in room 2 which was beautiful. In our room , lovely nice touches such as boxes of chocolates and biscuits! The room was clean and cozy. The staff were all so polite and welcoming. Also some great walks around this area. Perfect idyllic place. The breakfast! The bacon was so fatty and sausages were not pleasant. I just wanted to say that you go to the trouble of having outstanding rooms but go cheap on the breakfast. We have stayed there many times and even had a family wedding there. The food before was fabulous. Not sure why the previous times the food fabulous and now , it wasn’t the same standard. Other guests we chatted to were also saying the same.

Breakfast very nice. Location great. Staff very helpful. Good value for money. Food very good. That there was no fridge in the room. A tap mixer in the bathroom sink not just cold and hot.

Beautiful location. Lovely pub and restaurant. Rooms were spacious, spotless and really well equipped with super comfy beds Nothing. It was a great find

The breakfast was delicious. I also loved the aesthetic and clealiness of the room. The parking lot was quite dark (pub side parking) and the walk following the signs to room 11 was also very dark.

The location/hotel was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choices.

This was a stunning location, we hope to return! The accommodation is gorgeous - freshly decorated, very comfortable bed, spacious, car parking very nearby. The accommodation was a stronger feature than the food. The food was nice enough and good menu choices, but didn't have the wow factor of the accommodation.

Units were very pretty, rustic, out in the countryside. Restaurant was excellent. You had to book your get a table. Very popular place with the locals. Ducks on the stream outside are a great attraction. Nice walks around the area. Not a problem of the property but the first GPS we used didn’t take us to the property. It was miles wrong. When we changed to Google maps we made it no problem.
