Very close to the beach

The location was great, the staff was great and we liked the separate room for our child to sleep quietly. The floors were very dirty and turned our feet black. One outlet was burnt and unusable. We also woke up at 430am to a mouse on top of the fridge eating our food.

This place needs to be updated and same with the photos of the rooms, it never shows you the the building it's a high in the sky drone photo so you can't get a clear view. And it was priced as high as closer to the beach and nicer hotels we paid for 2 nights but left the next morning and stayed at a nicer place we didn't care about losing the money we just wanted out.

The pool was great, beds were comfortable and room was overall clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly.

I only care about value for my dollar. For 70$ a night, I would stay there again, not a penny more. It was run down in all aspects. Interior exterior, bath, kitchen, the grounds. You can only clean "run down" so much, and we had the nicest place. Just walking up I wanted to cancel, i thught it was a tennament. The attendant James, possibly owners kid, was a super nice guy. I'm in the hospitality industry and appreciate his concern when we checked out early. The location is good for not being near the beach(3 city blocks),easily walkable with a cart for beach stuff. This is an investors property, they should sell so someone can fix it before its a tear down, or invest in your property. If anyone wrote overly positive reviews I would question it.

Close to the beach and boardwalk very walkable, but away from the commotion Poor facilities, very run down, a touch of paint could really improve the condition, just looks as tho it hasn’t been taken care of. Zero amenities besides a small pool.

-Des tâches sur les murs -Un des deux lit tellement en pente qu'il est impossible d y dormir - lorsque vous êtes assis sur la toilette vos jambes sont sous le lavabo -la douche est craqué et noirci à plusieurs endroits -la propreté général est ok, pas de poussière sur le meuble et les draps était propre mais les palmes du ventilateur à plusieurs plusieurs mois de accumulation de poussière Ils appellent ça une suite, moi je appele ça un taudis Bien situé mais manque clairement d entretien

Great location but the rooms and the hotel were in need of some updates/maintenance. The staff was excellent.

The property was clean but is not well-maintained. Our room was small and functional, although the restroom was tiny and seemingly made for tiny people. For a 6-footer, it was tough to maneuver. Staff was nice and accommodating

Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel experience of my life. Arrived and the office was closed. Only employee went for takeout. He then tells us we have no room because the system overbooked. I prepaid almost $1300! and it was confirmed. He then disappeared and came back saying its no big deal because I'll get a refund and I can book another hotel. I had 4 kids and a dog with me, and purposely booked something in walking distance to the beach. He did not care. Continued to say this wasn't his fault. Claimed he was the manager so I couldn't speak with anyone else. On top of it, the place is a dump. Dirty and old. Looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. Tiny dirty pool. Another guest showed us their room and how dirty and disheveled it was. They said they were denied a refund and we should be glad we got to leave because they had to go to buy candles and cleaning supplies to stay there. Dreadful experience

It being close to Walgreens & The Dollar General so when I needed to buy cleaning products to clean the over a year, multiple guests nasty, filthy room we were put in, atleast we didn't need to go far.!!!! Everything. Where do I start!!!??? The room was beyond gross, the pool so tiny, staff was decent until trying to find an acceptable outcome on the less than satisfactory room #8. Im beside myself
