The location is great…a bit of a walk to the pier and rides but totally doable! The beds were comfy, linens were great…my only gripe would be the floors. Clearly they hadn’t been mopped and they had sand on them when we walked in. I did discover a broom in the closet the morning we left so if I had known that I could’ve swept them and it would’ve been great.

We missed having a microwave oven in our room. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay.

This day was nice room was clean. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no lights in one side of the room.

Très bien située près de la plage, mais près aussi du chemin de fer. La cuisinette n’a pas de micro-ondes, mais sinon elle est très pratique. À 10 minutes de marches du boardwalk. Parfait pour les familles avec les piscines.

Great location and the staff is very helpful. My only complaint is that the parking for building e is not good, difficult to find a space. I did not have this problem last year when I stayed in building h . Otherwise everything was great.

Room was pretty clean but the shower wouldn't turn on. After two calls for maintenance, it took two of them to "fix" it. Next shower, the handle to turn from bath to shower blew off and water came right out of it. Three hours later it was "fixed" again. Same handle. No maid service, they left a bin of towels outside on the walkway. Guess it was self service. Super busy place, parking was next to impossible anywhere near your room. Two mini fridges in the room, one froze everything in it and the other wouldn't get cold enough. Can't say I would stay there again.

The only negative was that the WiFi was very spotty and we couldn't use our Roku with the tv. The hotel itself was very clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful, and the amenities were wonderful as well.

The staff very helpful. The hotel is vey dated.

room was gross. layers of dust on the lamp shades. dirty towels hung on rack for us to use. definitely expected much more for lthe cost thats for sure!

Also, it is extremely outdated with electrical issues and smells musty.. The air conditionering units smell of urine from the outside hallway, not inside the room though. There were dirty bathroom items from the previous people that weren't found during cleaning. All in all, I would not recommend if you can afford otherwise, which we couldn't this trip. Parking is also very challenging during busy times especially if you have a larger vehicle.

Not a bad overall stay. They are trying to update alot of areas as it seems. The stairwells and the entrances to buildings have been updated. We stayed in building G and overall it was OK. It's is very much dated and can absolutely use a facelift. Again, some parts have been updated and others not touched. It could've also been much more clean. The rooms duvet cover was a mess with small stains as well as behind the beds. I knew o wasn't staying at the Ritz, but it could've been better cared for. As for amenities they allow you to use 3 or 4 pools throughout their properties. Parking is tough even with all the spots they have. I would probably stay again at the right price, but would prefer a larger unit.

No sea view room. If seaview , I will give 5 stars

Clean rooms and clean pool area. Right on the beach which was awesome and staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked the location and parking and beach access. Hotel outdated. Pool was green with floating cigarettes not unkept.

Great experience

The bathroom was also in poor condition. The bath tub was stained, the shower door came off the track several times. There was a mismatched toilet seat (round seat on an oval commode). There was also black mold on the seal between the shower and tub. The upholstered furniture was ripped and torn. The sliding door did not move easily, requiring far more strength that should be required. The stairs were not lit at all, day or night, which is a safety hazard. The staff was very pleasant, but this room was overpriced for what we received. Being right on the beach did not offset the condition of the room. Motel 6 does a better job. I can't recommend this facility to anyone.

Train on the back door, photos were deceiving about being on the beach. We were across the street in building H with a train complete with the whistle buzzing by, which seemed to be every hour even throughout the night short walk to the beach, which is beautiful.
