Awful staff and property worst hotel ever

We had a great day. The staff was so pleasant. We had a nice time in the pool. We would go here again.

I gifted my daughter a honeymoon get away. Her and my son-in-love, loved there stay here. They said "it was an amazing experience for them".

There was no mention on my booking or during check-in about fee's for parking. The receiptionist told us where to park but only after checking out did I learn that there is a $10 per night fee plus tax for parking. This was not listed or mentioned anywhere. For just 2 nights that came to an additional $ 21.40

Hotel is very clean. The rooms were spacious and the breakfast I had a variety of availability for food.

Nice quiet clean room relaxing

Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spacious, new and clean. Refrigerator did not keep anything cold - yes I turned it cooler. A/C made the room a refuge from the oppressive humidity but sounded like a washing machine. Staff friendly and efficient. Decent breakfast options. Pool and Spa tub were down but not a deal breaker as we were not there to vacation. Overall a good experience.

They refused to refill the waffle dispenser when I was down there before breakfast was over ridiculous.
