The breakfast was fantastic and generally location was perfect Resort needed a little shop and our room 407 needed some minor repairs

I don't usually write reviews but this place definitely need attention so people are aware when they choose this place.We where very excited about the bungalow but unfortunately our holiday turn to a nightmare, first thing when we arrived the reception woman Canan was asked me why we don't give them a tip and I simply answered that we just arrived we don't have cash and we will if course give some tip.Bungalow are old and not that clean in fact I had to ask the reception someone to clean our Bungalow and give us a clean towels. Bungalow is full with flys and spiders I had them so I ask my boyfriend to clean the bungalow, jacuzzi size is small I think only for kids.Most important thing is that is not on the blue lagoon, the water is shallow and dirty, muddy and full of dead fish and wild pigs I didn't even touch it so we had to go different place for swim. Breakfast was every morning same And cold even the coffee was horrible so we had to go different place to eat.One of most important thing is if you go ever on this place make sure you are not dealing with the reception woman Canan as we had 2 bungalow booked but our friends didn't make it and she give our bungalow to other people I asked her what will happen now as she give the bungalow she told me we gonna get our refund I ask her as if we don't get our refund I will ask my other friends to joint us she told me there is nothing to worry we will get our refund so you can guess we never did she simply lie to us, if we take into account all the issues this place is not worth even if was free, there is so many nice places in blue lagoon choose your place smartly!!!!!!!!

Location was excellent, balcony area was private. Breakfast was great. Picture showed private sunbeds, bed sheet didn’t fit the bed properly and kept coming off in the night, hot tub far too small for more than one person. There was a wedding one of the evenings which was really loud and went on late and there was no information passed to us so we could plan to avoid the area and it impacted the ability to just relax on the balcony with the hot tub when we had chosen to stay at the hotel. If we had known we would have avoided and gone for a walk into oludeniz for the evening instead of the night before etc as we only stayed for two nights and wanted to enjoy the location and facilities

Location was great, it is close to Ölüdeniz beach which is wonderful. And staff was kind. Toilet was smelling terrifyingly, power cuts issued plenty of times, and water shortage happened a few times in the bathroom. The playlist in the restaurant was terrible, irrelevant music we've forced to listen. And poor lighting in the room.

the location is so good. but it will be good if there is a shuttle bus to the Center it was 800 m away cleaning is not so perfect and size of room is so small

Location, warmest sea ever, staff was exceptional, food absolutely top Jacuzzi was tiny, our room was actually a tent, with no solid door

Nothing!!!!! This hotel is the worst experience we had in our life!! They write luxury but they should write better scrap Hotel. We booked a room with 30 m² but we got a room with 18 m², we didn’t accept it after this they changed our room in luxury tent but this was worst. The bathroom was with Mold and Rust. They neighbours was watching until mornings Tv and you could hear everything so you couldn’t relax there at least. The food in restaurant was not delicious and fresh!!! the beach is terrible and stinks. The co-workers was arrogant and DRUNK!!!! After we talk with the Manager (Sibel Hanim) but she was sooooo unfriendly and didn’t help us!! We leave the hotel after 1 Night and they signature some paper to take our money Back. But it’s now 1 month and they didn’t pay it back and also block us in WhatsApp!!!

good location friendly staff. The green pine beach is used as a wedding venue and it was noisy the first night we stayed due to a wedding reception taking place. air con in room not situated in the best place

the location is perfect, the scenery from the room is just fantastic, great access to the beach and the beach facilities. great breakfast and atmosphere the room facilities and cleanliness needs to be better

The staff were really friendly and the food was absolutely amazing!! Thank you to chef Bekir for giving us a taste of traditional Turkish foods!
