A great overall experience. The location is private but close to the lively town. You can get everything you need in a on-site market. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was really good. The balcony in the room and the pool areas were our favorites. Bathroom has a slightly smell (sewer).

I primarily chose the location to be able to take a shortcut walk to Kayakoy, it's mainly on me that I didn't ask about it at the property and made a failed attempt via the horse track as much as I could read the signs. Though if it is possible, I'd recommend the property to pitch these options upon check-in if a guest looks like they'd like that sort of experience. It could even be an upsell.

"Calm hotel, nice for sleeping, beautiful mountain views, tasty and clean food, and good security." , blankets were very thin like sheets, and the air conditioner faces the bed. The safe requires an extra charge. Security staff don’t speak English, making communication difficult. The hotel is mainly for sleeping; the market is a 3-minute drive and the beach about 20 minutes away.

The hotel is very good. Its location is close to the market, and the hotel is very clean. I had a one-night booking in a family suite consisting of two rooms; the rooms are spacious with a balcony and a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the internet is strong and fast. As for parking, it is available in front of the hotel, so there is no problem with the car. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and quick. The staff are friendly and kind, and their conduct is very elegant. The pool is large, spacious, and clean; there are two outdoor pools, and my children enjoyed them a lot. The staff helped me carry the luggage upon arrival, and they also offered me a welcome plate of fruit. One thing I would like to draw the hotel’s management attention to, and I hope will be considered as is common in most reputable hotels, which I regard as basic: I wished the rooms included coffee, tea, and sugar, noting that there is an electric kettle to heat water. Another issue is that the safe locker should preferably be free, meaning its use should not incur a charge. Also, the minibar should provide two complimentary bottles of water, and this is often allocated according to the number of guests.

I literally cannot understand why it is three star hotel, it should easily be at least 4 stars! Everything was top notch! Literally everything was perfect! The comfort, the luxury, the amenities and the facilities… immaculate! Pool timings! They HAVE to and They SHOULD increase the pool timings, as not all of us like to swim in the scorching summer sun! We would have enjoyed an evening swim as well! Sunset was around 8pm and the pool already started closing 5pm for slides and 6pm for the pool!

5 minute walk from the shops, bars & restaurants. Only issue was the AC in our room worked, but wasn't very effective.

Ample choice of food for every taste. Very good internet. Walking distance to Hisarönü shops where everyone spoke English. This is the closest town to the Blue Lagoon Tea and coffee in the room would have been good since we had a kettle

The breakfast and dinners were excellent. There was no sachets of tea or coffee in the room even though there was a kettle. You had to pay per day to use the safe in the room. The slides were only operational for a few hours and was difficult to enjoy the facilities the hotel offers and still tour the area without missing out.

The swimming pool and waterslides were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ample space for parking around the resort.The location of the resort is also great as you can find multiple restaurants, markets, and stores nearby. The view from the resort being surrounded by mountains is beautiful. Definitely value for money. The water pressure dropped in the evening for two consecutive days when we needed it most on our return from the swimming pool. However, on our complaint, it was resolved each day.
