The staff was amazing and the location can’t be beat. The pool was nice and the ground were beautiful. The room was a little rundown, but clean.
-
Good standart Turkish breakfast. wifi is not good

Salih was amazing and helped us settle a boat tour for a good price! The room was big and the hotel is very well located The hotel looks old, the pool was not working and breakfast was OK. By the price we paid we were expecting a way better experience. Also, the room had a bad smell (pipe)

Very outdated accommodation. Sorry nothing. The empty pools, the non made up beds. The smell in the outdated room.
-
Super cute and cozy little hotel. Friendly and very helpful staff :) The swimming pool was still closed, as it’s not a season yet.

It's truly a great value for the money. The property itself is quite beautiful, with a lovely pool and garden. The environment is incredibly peaceful. You even have the opportunity to take a Turkish bath and get a massage at the facilities near the pool. The breakfast was very typical, and Hosan made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. The location is 10/10; besides being near the beach, you will be close to the nightlife as well. However, what truly made this property exceptional was indeed the staff.

The location of the prooerty is excellent, very close to the Oludinez main beach. Many restaurants, shops, travel agencies are very closely located. You just walk outside the hotel and you can get everything you need in Oludinez. The facilities of the room is also very good. You can have a very comfortable stay at this place. Nothing.

The location was excellent very close to the beach and the main area for restaurants and shops, and it was quiet.. The bed was very comfortable and our room was kept very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. They also made us complimentary Turkish coffees which was a lovely touch. I'd stay here again.. The decor was a little tired, breakfast was rather repetitive and served to you, not a buffet, which I think would have been my preference. Wi fi was sporadic and some electrical maintenance work meant that the electricity was off at times.. some warning of this would have been good.. This is reflected in the price which was good value...

The manager did give us a better room. We arrived 5 am and he kindly.let us stay in a temporary room to rest until.our room was ready at 1pm. We were grateful for that so we could get some sleep. He said we would then stay in that room.all 7 nights, but on awakening saw that the One bed apartment was terrible and we were horrified as the photos and reviews had been so good. We asked for the room we had seen in photos with a bath, but were told we didn't have a bath and we didn't have breakfast. These were included in the booking during booking process but then didn't appear in confirmation . We had already paid for all 7 nights so couldn't leave the hotel. The first room the rusty stove didn't work. The fittings were all different. No safe. Tap was wonky and just about to fall off. The doors looked like they'd been.bashed about with a hammer. It was really depressing. Hassan let us see the actual.booked room at 11 am but said we could gave room.with a bath at an we extra cost of 350 euros. We said no so agreed to have a smaller apartment but it wouldn't be readyady til following day ?. In the end Hassan was jolly and we had a laugh. We did feel like we d been 'had'thougah. Many other better hotels for less. Only good thing was we had separate rooms as we were two friends. Just feel I need to be honest as it did really dampen the holiday for first couple of days as had high expectations from.the reviews. One of the slides had a big gash in it which could have been awful.if a child had cut themselves on it. We were only ones to use pool, and now one ever used the sunbeds. Not a place to meet people or any kind if atmosphere. Strong smell.of curry in the mornings.

We had a lovely 12 nights in the ground floor 1 bedroom apartment in August 2024. Air-con in living room/kitchen and separate bedroom. Private little terrace with view of the pool (approx. 8 steps from the leafy shaded terrace, thanks to the lovely plants surrounding). There are 2 pools, clean and well maintained - 1 large one and a smaller shallow kids pool. Lots of plants in the lovely and well kept garden. Also some small play items for young children (play house, baby swing). Lots of seating in the garden with tables, chairs, benches or sun loungers, lots of parasols by the pool to have shade. Never had a problem of getting a lounger. The manager Hassan is lovely and will do anything for his guests. The house keeper Meryem is a gem - she will look after your room/apartment on a daily basis. We got treated with cay or fruit or ice-cream for the kids. It's a quiet hotel off the main road / Dolmus road but so quiet, you don't hear much traffic. 5 minutes walk to the sea and beach strip with plenty of bards, restaurants. A101 supermarket basically next door, Migros Jet a couple more minutes down the road. Pharmacy and Sok market around the corner. Delicious Doner stall outside the hotel. And not to forget the cats and kittens that make a holiday in Turkiye complete. Not wheelchair accessible as there are a number of steps to the apartments. Some rooms may be wheelchair accessible - so check when booking. Some of the furniture could do with a bit of attention but overall we were very pleased.

Quiet location, handy to shops and the beach, very helpful staff. 10/10 !

Location is superb, but then - Oludeniz is quite small, so wherever you go, you won't be further than 5 minutes from the beach. Hasan is an amazing caretaker, very helpful and always with a smile on his face. The rooms and apartments are regularly cleaned, and bed linen and towels changed. The cleaning lady would regularly treat my kids with icepops by the pool. And the pool area is really nice and helpful to families with little children, especially when the air temperature gets too high around noon. In general, the place is very calm (I wouldn't say quiet, as it is impossible to block the noise from numerous karaoke bars around, but then, it's not the management's fault and it usually stops around midnight); it is mainly families with little children who stayed during our ten-day stay. First of all, internet is shockingly bad - if you are on a work holiday and need to be online frequently, forget about connection throughout most of the day! We also found 10 Euro pp for breakfast to be quite expensive. There was six of us, and for half that price we would have gladly accepted to have breakfast served by the pool (mind you: this is not Western Europe to justify such price for a basic Mediterranean breakfast). This way, we were just buying our own bread, cheese, olives, jam and fruits in a local supermarket down the street. And for the money they charge guests in the summer season, the owner(s) could refresh the apartments; furniture, power sockets, etc. are relatively run down from use.

Location was good. Nice and kind Host (Hassan). Good beds. Nice bathroom. Really cool garden with alot of fruits. Close to shopping, Migros and beach. You can stop the Bus to different areas just next to the street. Gözde restaurant in Fetiye was amazing. You can take the bus cheap. Kumsal was okay close to the beach. ÖLÜDENİZ DÖNER KEBAP was also really good. It was too expencive for this hotel. Nice pool could be cleaner, edges are dirty. Pool a bit smaller in real life. AC has one adjustment not able to adjust fan strenght. Sick or sweat at night. Breakfast can be much better, turkish breakfast is normally very diverse. We missed more taste, menemen, burek and tasty cheese, and it was the same every morning. Too hard and dry eggs. Coffee was not that good either. I skipped the breakfast 3 mornings and we stayed 6 nights. We got dry omelette and tomatoe on the side. This could be a nice menemen with little effort. The cleaner was often angry. Of 6 nights she cleaned the room 3 times, we had to tell her to clean the room and change bedsheets everytime. When she claned it was good and very fresh. It might be too much job for one person. I even heard her say no to another guest when the guest asked her to clean her room. Rude and not nice at all. For that price 4100 - 4300 TL per night breakfast could be better and happier cleaner. Pool closes 21:00. For lower price its worth it and vety close to everything. Thank you

The manager Hassan was fantastic, he regularly offered fruit and drinks and was so helpful arranging taxis for us. The apartments were great, we had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The pool was lovely and the garden was beautiful. The location of the hotel is so central, very close to the beach and shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
