The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The vegan breakfasts, which had to be arranged well in advance, were both delicious and satisfying. The lack of vegan menu items and the inflexibility of the staff to accommodate meal requests unless given several days' advance notice. With the rise in demand for plant-based food and menus around the world—including in Japan—there is clearly a gap in the service package.

We were disappointed with the size of the pools and there weren't many sun loungers around the pool area either. When we tried to go to both of the pools we couldn't find anywhere to sit. When the sun is out everyone wants to go to the pool but there aren't enough sitting areas for the size of the hotel. You also need a car if you are staying at this hotel.

Beautiful spacious room with balcony in the condo building. The food in the deli was especially good after a long day exploring the island. Offseason had no pools open and there was construction in the main building.

Very spacious condo, beach house, the nearby beach (which is safe, despite the lack of nets - according to locals. Nothing happened to our group, but I cannot guarantee that it's always a case, so better check the current conditions). One of the drivers helped us to the bus stop which is not in vicinity of the hotel. The outdoor pool is closed for autumn (commencing November), which is not mentioned on the main page, and so is the pool cafe that has a kid's playground. That significantly limits activities for the baby. Top floor pool is reserved for owners only. Overall the hotel is a bit outdated and there are parts yearning for modernisation (lifts eg.).

The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were also very friendly and helpful (to the best of their abilities). The ocean view from the room was also very nice. Finally, the grounds were well-maintained. They were able to accommodate my vegan breakfast requests, but only because of communicating in advance of my stay (and, it took several clarifications). For dinner options, they didn't have any vegan options available. They need to adapt their menu to meet the changing needs and preferences of hotel guests worldwide.

This was our 6th time staying here. It was the first time we had dinner at the restaurant. The food was amazing.

The property is clean. Staff are trying Hard to make guest happy. I like that variety of restaurants there, laundry service is quite convenient, house keeping are making room very clean. Specially there is a staff from Hawaii( I forgot his name ) , he helps foreigners to communicate with local staff to resolve the issues. The beach area should put some beach chairs and umbrella. The street to go to beach should have zebra zone closer.

The location was okay. I paid for a premium suite which "supposed" to be a nice room but they put me into a room that smell moldy, the bathroom smell like sewerage and the view was blocked by a building. They have not supply me with an option to switch room but instead said that if I want to switch room I have to pay more (for a smaller room by the way)!!! The staffs were not helpful, the services were flip flops, for example when I called to book a taxi they said there's no taxi reservation service then on the same day when I go down to asked them to call a taxi they said that they can't get me a taxi and the taxi on the ground was reserved by another guest! ?♀️ Any service you asked it usually takes at least 30min before it get sorted (even booking a taxi)! The food weren't so great, trust me! Overall, it was a bad experience. There are many more beautiful accommodations nearby with better price and better service.

Considering the cost per night was very affordable the property felt like a modern resort, not busy, clean, beautiful view, and great service. Nothing.

Beautiful view. Spacious room. Nice polite staff. Free drinks at the pool. 1) never fixed the cold water for the bidet (we were there a week!) 2) not enough pool chairs for huge hotel. 3) buffet breakfast very limited for vegetarians or folks who don’t eat pork/ham/bacon (5/6 entres with pig products) 4) pool had ladders to get out that were narrow pipe stairs rather than flat and very sore on the feet for seniors and difficult for kids. No shallow end or stairs. 5) hotel NOT on the beach. Have to cross busy street and unkept beach (weeds/grass) 6) could vary the buffet for guests that are there for a week instead of exactly the same every single day 7) no cereal or good bread or pastries at western breakfast 8) would be nice to have chef make omelets
