So many things to do at the property. Its good to bring children here in the future. A bit far from the city centre

The bed! There's really no excuse for how hard and uncomfortable it was. It actually hurt both of our backs. The room had damaged furniture. Room was on the same floor as designated, enclosed smoking area. But we smelled it as soon as we opened our door.

Room and sea view were lovely, breakfast had a good variety of food to suit most people, we loved the beach it would have been nice to have been able to use the pool. the pool being closed was disappointing

The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. Very dated, old. The beds were not comfortable. We were provided box springs to sleep on with a thin comforter cover.

Hotel was very big. Breakfast was good and has many choices. A lot of parking at the hotel. Many restaurants at and around the hotel. There was no bellboy service (concierge) to help us with luggages. As a family with a toddler, we had a lot of luggages. I had to carry 5 luggages by myself. Hotel is very big so it was a bit of a hassle to carry everything to our room.

This hotel is huge and beautiful with nice restaurants, pools, spas, jacuzzi. Also the rooms are nice and spacious. The number of customers is disproportionnate to the size of amenities, so the hotel will be crowded on weekend : -full parking lot with no place to park -crowded buffet restaurants including long queuing time -swimming pools filled with noisy and unruly children On the buffets : there is really not a large choice of meals compared to other okinawan hotels. On the training gym : unsuitable for strength training (there is only lat pull and leg press) and no elliptical for cardio. Also, in our room only one out of five electrical outlet was working.

We stayed at the Ocean Tower of the resort as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (6yo and 3yo). The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. Our room had a lovely ocean view and balcony. The resort had a lot of amenities such as souvenir shops, arcade, swimming pools, gym, restaurants, deli, bar, glass blowing workshop, forest trekking. The resort also has an attached beach front providing water sports and activities. Kids had fun with the hotel stamping game. Highly recommend to families! Easier to access via driving, or via pre-booked Airport Shuttle services.

Major Problem is moldy smell in the room. Also Hotel uses strong deodorizer to cover up moldy smell in Lobby and Hallways. I got a bit of food poisoning from the only meal I had a "Lunch Buffet". Dining rooms and Bars had the feel of a "clip-joint".

When I arrived, I had to move my own luggage because there was no Baggage check at check-in time. This was disappointing. Also, while the resort was generally very clean on the interior, the black soot stains on the exterior of the white building were unattractive

The room is spacious. I love the balcony. The bathroom is clean. The whole hotel doesn’t look as old as some comments I read. I’m always funny with carpets. My toddler seemed to get some bites. I wish the receptionists could speak English a bit more. As a big hotel will definitely host foreign guests. It would be more convenient.
