Sería más o menos para pasar 1 noche, pero verdaderamente no es aceptable para una estadía larga. Mi cuarto tenía la cerradura rota, la bañera se tapa con el agua y el TV se va la señal y la nevera ni hablar.

Horrible experience the AC wasn’t working when we returned to our room the first was too late to call the desk waiting until the morning. Following morning call at 10;45 notified them about AC wasn’t working told sending someone right up 12:45 called desk again notifying them nobody had showed up and we had reservations we had to attend to and gave them the ok to come in the room while we were gone. Returned at 8:50 PM no AC still and all they could do was apologize. Never again

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would be happy to stay here again!

Our bathroom needed looking at, smell from the drain every time the shower ran otherwise room was fine with a good TV. Nice large pool with decent bar & food Just note the Park transfers aren’t the best

The reception staff were wonderful throughout our stay — always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is also fantastic, being around 10 minutes from Universal and roughly 20 minutes from Disney, depending on traffic. The complimentary shuttles to the parks are a great perk and something we really appreciate. Unfortunately, on more than one occasion our shuttle didn’t show up, and neither we nor the hotel could get through to the shuttle service by phone. This was particularly frustrating, especially as we know the hotel staff ended up having to deal with the consequences of something that wasn’t really their fault. I do think the shuttle service could be improved, as it is such a useful facility when it works reliably. Security was excellent and we always felt very safe. There were security staff patrolling constantly, including throughout the night, which was reassuring. Housekeeping was generally good, but we did have some issues with towels. The towel provision was very inconsistent during our stay. On several occasions we had no bath mat, which was a safety concern, and we were sometimes left without hand towels, meaning we had to use our bath towels instead. Our room phone also didn’t work, so by the time we returned from the parks at night, we didn’t always want to walk back to reception to report things. We therefore left

Great experience!

Pool area was ok Cockroaches in room. Wet air in room, I had to walk to Walgreens in the night to buy mentol stick to help breathe. Dirty floor in room, my socks were black from bottom. I threw them away. A lots of noise from the outside and room above us.

Very nice hotel close to everything!

The have a great pool, a café that has great breakfast and lunch. Clean rooms.
