Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando International Dr Conv Ctr

I have stayed at embassy almost exclusively for years. Stayed at all properties in the greater Orlando area multiple times. The property needs some attention. the tub in the room had stain/cracks/missing liner pieces. The faucet was sideways and appeared ready to fall off. Texted with the staff upon arrival and asked for engineering to correct the next. 24 hours later, went to the desk to remind them again. We left on day 3 and it was still not addressed. The breakfast meal was less than you would find at any of the other locations. I won't be staying at this property again.

I still love Embassy Suites, just seems it needs a little bit of TLC. I enjoyed the Happy Hour and Breakfast.

The only dislike, it should have been noted on your website that the Jacuzzi was out of business during our stay. Disappointed that we couldn’t use it, but I knowledge that it was unavailable, especially since we had a lot of rain this weekend. Please advise your customers in advance of booking. I am a Hilton member, not that he made much difference, but I just wanted to let you know, thank you for your time and understanding it was our 29 year anniversary and we could enjoy the pool pool Jacuzzi outside because of the weather and indoors out of commission. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Breakfast was not good,,,no grits,, omelet was not good.,,bacon was not on bar they only gave out three stripes food on bar was cold,,,,my worst stay ever at Embassy in my life

AC was out for 2 nights

Somehow the hotel said they didn't receive notification from Expedia that I had booked and paid for two suites but they took care of everything and all was good. Welcome reception has gone downhill since my last visit years ago but it's still nice that they offer it. The Fort Myers location has a much better breakfast but still great.

Room was good but only issues was the breakfast was the worst I’ve had At embassy hotels. Check in/ out there was only 1 cart available for all guests which was also rough. In all I have 4/5 stars but should’ve been a 3.5

Free reception was nice, free breakfast was very nice. We’ve stayed at this property several times in the past, we would stay again.

Exceptional

First time, the room was on the 7th floor. It was amazing - though on a busy day the elevator may take extra time to get to you. Second time, the room was on the 5th floor. While everything was amazing, for some reason, I thought the bathroom needed a little more cleaning to do. There was a mold stain on the ceiling. Forgot to mention this to the front office. Other than that, the entire atmosphere and experience was fantastic.
