Coco Key Hotel & Water Park Resort

Property is not as how it looks in pictures but overall all staff is really friendly but I would not rebook with them. I had a connection door to another room and could hear everything.

No hot water. The floors were wet the entire stay.

Positives: 1. Plenty of activities to do. 2. Walkable to several dining and shopping. Negatives: 1. If you don't want noise do not book a room near water park. 2. Rooms were semi-comfortable. 3. I would prefer to eat out than at hotel.

The staff in the water park were terrible, they yelled at my son and make him cried because after half a day he was going through a water slide they decided to stop him because he was to short. When my husband asked why the staff was very rude and the manager came asking my husband to don’t mess with the staff or leave. We left the park and didn’t come back for the rest of the stay. The other staff at the hotel area and pool were very nicely.

Breakfast was good. Staff were extremely helpful. I was caught with hidden fees upon arrival. Pools are disgusting. First room we went to wasn’t cleaned and tv was wasn’t working/broken. For the price you pay you honestly go somewhere better. Got swapped over to another room only for the bed to smell like urine.

We received free breakfast and Park tickets definitely worth the money not domestic extravagant but we enjoyed it.

I stay here every summer for vacation. The staff are very helpful and hospitable

The main pool could be a bit crowded by evening . The only I didn't appreciate is the " welcome gift" that was presented to me with great options that really was just a way to get me on a 90mins hotel tour that ended up lasting 3h30 for a timesharing presentation. I felt fooled. It's not just a Hotel tour.

We had an amazing stay

The room was clean. Staff was amazing, it was family friendly and pool my kids couldn’t stay out of it.

I do not recommend

The newly renovated room was amazing. Nice and clean and the use of the attached water pack was great. Also the added on breakfast was a great addition!
