Very small and bad breakfast arrangement however about halfway through our stay they began posting notices for a new paid breakfast option “coming soon” so I doubt this will be an issue for long. The pool was great and room was clean and large with a living area and nice sized fridge. This is still somewhere I would stay again just because of the room and pool.

La propiedad tiene excelente ubicación. La habiatacion estaba súper limpia y moderna con todo lo necesario para pasar un buena estadía. Lo único que el desayuno que está incluido se acababa antes del horario estipulado que tiene asignado y el personal de la cocina malcriado te decían que ya no había nada.

Nice looking property. Good parking for handicapped people. Showers easy access. Working ice machines on my floor was awesome. Door locks need new batteries. Maintenance had to get me in my room. The ac in room 711 sounds like it’s falling apart when it kicks on . Very loud noise that kept waking me up. Then at 8:39 housekeeping was beating on my door. Told them I was still sleeping. Again at 8:57 ( you need housekeeping?) I asked if checkout was still 11:00 as I was sleeping and got the eye roll and her speaking in another language to the other housekeeper. I usually leave a sizable tip but was very angry leaving the property.

It was pretty decent.

I could tell that the hotel had been recently remodeled but it still wasn't as nice as the pictures protrayed. The first night the whole place smelled like weed. It got better after that night. Breakfast was not great. The waffles were burnt and the selection was minimal. The room was clean though. Beds not too comfortable though.

Our room was very dirty. There was black spots/fungus? On the showroom floor. When we got the shower gel out there was also fungus in between the bottle and the holder. Floor was dirty. Someone threw up in the elevator the first day of our stay and even though they kind of clean it, the smell was there 3 days later. The jacuzzi was not working properly, same temperature as the pool. My son had an accident and we needed some alcohol wipe and bandaid. I went to the front desk to ask if they had a first aid kid and no bandaits or alcohol wipes. They simply told me to go to wawa. Do disappointed. Breakfast was nasty. Cold sausages, egg and potato every day. They only add waffle on the weekends. Smh. Coffee tasted burned. Terrible experience.

The breakfast and front desk staff were fantastic. There was a breakfast employee named Terrill, who went out of his way to make our stay a good one.

We had a great stay at the DASKK hotel. We were there for 6 days and the service and housekeeping was nice. GREAT LOCATION, very close to the parks. One suggestion would be to expand or change the breakfast options because it was limited, either way it was good. I would stay here again.

The breakfast was the main disappointing area. On one of our days, we went for breakfast at 9:00 (it was closing at 9:30) and there was practically nothing left. We asked the kitchen staff for more food and were told that they had run out. When I confronted the assistant manager, he told me that it was a free breakfast and when it ran out, that is all there is (not even cereal). I chose the hotel because it included breakfast. I was not impressed with the assistant managers response and asked for the main manager to call me. I am still waiting for my call (a week later already) Not impressed!

However, I encountered an issue regarding the cleanliness of my room. Specifically, a used facial tissue from a previous guest was present, and the restroom had not been adequately cleaned. While I was able to address these minor cleanliness concerns myself, I did bring them to the attention of the housekeeping staff, requesting the removal of the tissue and fresh washcloths. Upon my return to the room, the tissue remained, and the requested washcloths were not provided. Additionally, I observed small red insects in the bathroom, which I handled independently to avoid further inconvenience. During my departure, I noted that two front desk personnel were engaged in a conversation with their backs to the desk. Consequently, I was not asked about my stay. One individual briefly turned to instruct me on key drop-off and wished me a pleasant day before resuming their conversation.

It was a nice stay

Horrible , barely wanted to help anyone. They think room service is suppose to come once your whole stay!

This was a great hotel. It was in a great location. The breakfast could use a little help but I would stay here again and again
