Nice room

Room was decent and suitable. Rooms could use some updating or remodeling. Basically we had a good comfortable room to sleep in, after being at Universal for a few days. Liked that hotel was really close to many attractions.

The customer service is amazing. The area is safe. They don't charge all the add on fees like parking that other hotels do. Great surroundings. Great breakfast.

Cleaned room was a disaster. Horrible. Nasty. Filthy . I bought bleach to clean a little bit the toilette in room 343 . The bed skirts are dirty I think for years the floor corners in the bathroom full of hair. I stayed because I came to a funeral and I didn't have time neither strength to look around another hotel.

It is in a great location. The room had a musty smell; there was a used Band-Aid on the nightstand when we checked in; the back of the toilet and the toilet seat were not secure; the bathroom did not ventilate well; there was some kind of mold/mildew stain underneath the bathroom sink; the sheets and towels were stained. Also, the room was very dim.

It was ok . Needed somewhere quick to sleep .

This is THE WORST hotel in the phase of the Earth! From the room to the staff/management is atrocious. Pictures are a SCAM, this hotel looks/smells nothing like it. Avoid this place, You have been warned!
