Staff was super nice. I stayed here during a work conference and it was close to the parks. There was construction during my stay (end of May) so it was a little loud during the day.

I room was vey clean

Suboptimal hotel at best definitely not a 4 star hotel. TV only offered regular locals channels which were terrible without options to watch Netflix or any other movie app. The wristband did not open any doors to move around the hotel and into the amenities inside. Only 1 door would open out of the 12 around the complex. The room tub drainage was slow, to shower was done 1 at a time and waits of 20 to 30 mins in between to allow the water to drain. Would not recommend.

I loved my stay! It was absolutely a huge bang for its buck! I’d give 2 issues id advice all travelers to know about. It does cost to park there over night and it is not cheap at all. $35 a night. I also strongly dislike how they’re no ways to contact the front desk before your booking. How ever it still was an amazing stay! And would book again with no problem!💪😁

It was a beautiful place to stay and close to.To universal theme park city walk other places.The beds in the room super comfortable.never want to go anywhere

Really nice hotel. The property was very clean, the rooms spacious and the amenities fantastic (pool and gym). The staff was as nice and friendly as can be. The only downside is parking is expensive ($35/nt). Just factor that in to the overall cost. For total value, it was worth it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, the hotel was comfortable, convenient, and a great value for the price. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orlando!

Got an upgrade to a 15th floor room due to an early check-in. Amazing views from the top floor. The onsite restaurant/bar was very laid back and the food was great. The hotel is conveniently located and just a 5 minute drive to nearby attractions. Two must see places are Madame Tussauds and the Titanic Museum. The museum has authentic artifacts and was a memorable experience. Only negative was the room key not working but the staff did everthing to resolve the problem quickly even sending maintenance. Shout out to Asia at the front desk who was very pleasant and a wonderful send off on my last day in Orlando. Will definitely return!

How long take my deposit...

The room and the lobby were very clean and very gorgeous and the outdoor seating was very beautiful especially at night. The staff were really sweet and the pool and hot tub were very cozy. My biggest drawback was definitely the breakfast as the food was OK at best and I didn’t feel like it was worth the amount that we paid for the edition.
