One of the best hotels we have stayed in. The hotel has a modern well kept appeal. The breakfast choices were excellent and the staff were very helpful. Our room was well designed and comfortable.

Close to the financial arena. Room was spacious and clean. They only had decaf coffee in the morning.

Parking was plentiful and convenient. Breakfast was OK. But customer service, especially at the front desk, left a lot to be desired. In particular, we showed up at almost 1700 for our reserved room. Check-in time was 1500, but we were informed that our room was not yet ready. So, we had to wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes or so before our room was ready. Certainly not something I've ever experienced at other Holiday Inns.

The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay.

Black mold all over the bathrooms and showers. Staff tried moving me to other rooms but all three were covered in mold. Left the property.

Everything was great. Courteous and professional staff and the breakfast was very good. Parking area was well lit and safe.
