Exceptional

The suite was large and could accommodate a family easily. There was a frig and microwave. The pillows were soft and squishy. The ac kept the room cool. There was alot of noise thru the night. In the morning there was a bug on the sink.

Bad

The room was dirty. The floors was nasty, mirrors and tv had streaks. The mini fridge was frozen and barely kept item cold. Shower would leak through the glass door cause water to puddle up causing slip hazards. Our front door wouldn't latch had to get a maintenance man to secure out stuff in the room. Ice machine would barely give a bucket of ice Overall not a good stay. .

The beds were comfortable and the room was enough space for us. The bathroom is very small.

Property is under construction which is not disclosed when booking. The main lobby had a nasty stinch to it which made me nauseous. The TV nor the air conditioner was working. It's Florida so 90° weather is the norm, so why wouldn't you NOT service air conditioners to make rooms comfortable?? Overall stay was very unpleasant and who definitely not recommended this location to anyone. AVOID THIS PROPERTY.

DIRTY- I don't think anyone cleans the tile floors in this place. White socks and bare feet are black after walking around. You can feel the grit and grim on the floor. There is a lot of construction going on at this location trying to upgrade. The unit I stayed in was upgraded, still a dump. AVOID AT ALL COST. It is cheap and you get what you pay for.

None Walking in to our assigned room in the middle of the night that appeared to have been occupied. There were food/snacks on the table. Evidently someone else have access to that room. I was with my family. Could you imagine if we entered that room and there were occupants that may be armed? My family was put at so much danger! We are not from the area. To make things worse, there was no staff at the front desk when we went down to inform them about the situation. We waited for several minutes that was like eternity given the situation we were experiencing. We were offered another room at the back of the property they said was a suite. When we were parking at the new assigned room, we noticed people in the parking lot were adults we were not comfortable staying around with. They know we are a family and should have been cohorted with similar guests. I do not want to make conclusions on other people but it just did not feel right. Our perception is that we were moved to a placed without regard to our situation. It was late at night and had to make another arrangements. What is the point of booking in advance if they couldn’t guarantee that the room will be ready!

It was also pretty quiet throughout the night, so I was able to relax and get some good sleep. Check-in was easy, and overall I felt comfortable during my stay. For the price, I definitely think it was worth it and I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in the area!

The breakfast was not that great. Also there’s a lot of noise of people racing I guess outside the place.
