Value for money is great. Nice shower, good bed and top wi-fi. It is a basic room with everything you need, great location 5 minutes walk from Abanotubani. The owners are very helpful. They kept our luggage and arranged for taxi at very convenient price. Super-recommended. There is not a proper sign or reception. However there is a yard with several doors and somebody will assist for sure.

Great place, spacious and clean. Very close to the old center Meidan. Two cats in the yard will be a nice bonus for everyone who loves animals

◎Very good location ◎Helpful ◎Lovely place ◎Pretty dogs were there ◎They show they have washing machine & kitchen on the website but there was no in the building, The owner? said " You can use it in my house" when I asked where is the washinhg machine. I appreciated the kindness but it was not easy to do for me. ◎The hot water( shower) didn't work well

Great value with everything walkable in the old town and bus stop nearby. There was even a washing machine in the room! Other reviews said the owner was unkind- in my experience he was totally fine and polite but just doesn’t speak English! A neighbor/family member was able to translate. I would definitely stay again.

The room was amazing with a very high raised ceiling making it feel very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness is immaculate. The property owner was a bit rude in tone when we had checked in earlier than standard check in time (after confirming with the host) and they had charged us for 2 nights instead of one (as we had booked). Nevertheless, the property was very comfortable and cozy.

Close to popular attractions The owner doesn’t speak English at all and he’s quite rude to the guests ,no please no thanks!the place is good but they need someone who speaks another language and be more human….

Spacious family room with kitchen, you can see view of old town from the window. Walking distance to the old city, but coming back you need to climb some steep road, best to use Bolt taxi, still affordable.
