Clean room, friendly staff, great list of amenities

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the pool could have been a little cleaner. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Awesome place Nothing

Found this hotel purely by chance, as for some reason it doesn’t seem to rank particularly highly on Booking.com. Compared with some other so-called “premium” hotels, though, this place is awesome. It may not be the newest hotel around, but the facilities and, especially, the staff are very, very good. The value for money is exceptional when you consider how many activities are included for FREE — kayaking, canoeing, water biking, mini golf, pitch-and-putt, the gym, and the fantastic waterfall swimming pool with caves. There’s genuinely so much to do here without constantly having to pay extra. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Even the England players stayed here during the World Cup, which says something! A real hidden gem and definitely deserves to rank much higher.

I liked the hotel gives a good vibe at the entrance I arrived late after a long drive After i took my room i wanted to sleep and as soon as i put my face towards the pillow i smelled something funny and on the other side of the pillow was puke and in the next day i saw a snake at the poolside . great place but need more attention

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was so enjoyable. From getting to see Merlot the Macaw in the lobby to the wonderful staff, clean facility and amazing pool area, my friend and I had fhe best time and will be back.
