I believe that the receptionist could have been more friendly with the customers. The receptionist did not have a friendly demeanor. When dealing with first time visitors, it is imperative that the first impression is a positive experience. With this being said, this is one of the reasons I was hesitant to joining the vacation club.

Property has a perfect location.At check in I was informed of the additional charge of parking per night which was a surprise as it was not listed on Hotels.com's site. It was paid but, upon inquiring about it the agent placed the blame on it being a third party reservation. The check in agent seemed robotic. The towels in the unit appeared off white not fresh with a dark haze to it. As if a new batch of towels need to be introduced to the rotation.my stay was 3 nights, I was informed about a complimentary cleaning for the 3rd night, when I asked to change it to the 2nd night I was told NO as its either its taken on the day offered or it can be declined. The check in wasnoy warm and welcoming as I know this brand to be . Nonetheless the Security Guars were all AWESOME.

Excellent place to stay for families and for stays longer than 5 days. Many things to do inside the property. I strongly recommend the Sheraton Vistana if you are staying in the area for a least 5 nights.

The resort was absolutely beautiful! We had a wonderful suite with a full kitchen, a jacuzzi, and an enclosed balcony. It was perfect after sight-seeing all day. I will definitely recommend staying here for anyone looking for a convenient location in Orlando to the amusement parks!

Highly recommend for anyone coming to Orlando. Beautiful resort, great location, exceptional customer service, and spacious well maintained rooms. Couldn’t fault this place and would definitely book for any future trips to Orlando

There were a lot of charges that weren’t disclosed not even in the fine print prepare for that and the paid parking

The property is huge with accessible restaurants inside. The facility is clean. Our experience didn’t start well when we missed the welcome center and entered the next gate. We asked the lady how do we get to the check in area. She replied turn around. We clarified with “do you mean get out and go to the other entrance? Impatiently she said again “turn around, you need to listen.” When l asked which way we need to go? She stated “do you speak English?” in a condescending way. I replied we have been in this country for 20 years and went our way as we didn’t think she would help us. We followed the road and saw Eladio who was tending the resort yard. He showed us where to go and where to find our building after we checked in. We didn’t get the name of the lady by the guard house but we checked on Aug 22, Saturday around 4pm. It was a shock to me that a worker with that behavior be allowed to relate with customers the way she did. We were offered in the concierge if we would like to attend the promotion about the resort. I replied with a flat out no thinking why would l go back to a place that puts down customers?

They were so accommodating and the whole week was a delight for me and my family. We will definitely be back!

The room was really nice & spacious but the first night I found hair on the floor in the bathroom and the next morning in the shower so that gave me the ick. I called guest services to report it. They said someone would thoroughly clean the bathroom but I found hair AGAIN the next morning after turning the shower on. Reported it again when they called to ask how my stay was going. I was then told a supervisor would be sent with house keeping. But guess what HAIR still found in the dang shower!!! Must have been clinging to the walls I guess then running down into shower after I turned it on!!! Because I did see hair on the wall near the mounted shampoo & conditioner bottles!!

I just wish the check out time was the same as other big hotels but other than that amazing stay

Very nice place to stay.

Let’s just say you’re not gonna go there and take a long, hot shower. It was lukewarm at best the whole time and then three days into our stay. We had this funky ooze coming out of the wall.

The property had everything you needed, and was a great location. Plenty of room and the facilities were good. We arrived late and the check in could have provided an option to buy some water - so this was a little disappointing after a long travel. They told me to go to Walgreens.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the service was excellent. We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
