TownePlace Suites by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

The staff was nice the hotel was decently clean Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. I had pre-selected/requested a crib before our arrival, but it was never placed in the room. I even reminded the staff about the crib when I checked in early around 8 AM. We left and returned to the hotel around 6 PM, and the crib was still not there. I had to ask again, and it then took over an hour for it to finally be delivered. The AC was also a major issue. The temperature could only be adjusted using the controls on the wall unit, and even with the AC set continuously to 60°F, the room would only cool down to around 74°F according to the wall thermostat. It never seemed to cool the room properly. On top of that, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall, between the crib being forgotten despite requesting it ahead of time and reminding staff at check-in, the AC not working properly, and the uncomfortable bed, the stay was much less comfortable than expected.

The property was clean and comfortable, rooms are perfect, let me tell you about the AC , top tier, I was freezing , We love our stay and it was very close to all our adventures We will back The Bathroom shower curtain not long enough

Excellent location. Close to several convenience stores and restaurants, close to Sea World. Large room with great natural light. Bedding was very comfortable . Shuttle service available to Sea World and discounts available. Fitness room was large and spacious. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable Good value for the price Water was not " hot"" enough for me but acceptable for most. Sofa bed mattress was unusable It lacked support and should be replaced. We had to request quick clean service daily by visiting the front desk which wasnt preferred. Breakfast was sparse wrt variety and average in taste. Fitness room could use a few more pieces of equipment.

I paid for a luxury queen suit and only received a studio queen so I had no setter to sit on the only other thing was paper plates and plastic knifes and forks at the breakfast I did ask for a proper plate and knife and fork but they did not have any
