Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando at SeaWorld by IHG

The cleanliness of the property is spotless, and the amenities are top-notch. Our room was extremely comfortable—perfect for resting after a long day. Special mention to the restaurant: the food was delicious every single time, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. As a minor constructive detail, the soundproofing between rooms could be slightly improved, as you can occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. However, it wasn't a big deal for us at all and certainly didn't ruin our experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Esta cadena de hoteles es mi preferida en este en especifico es mi tercera vez y seguiré repitiendo el personal es muy atento con mucha amenidad la limpieza es excelente el desayuno perfecto y la cercanía a varios parques es una ventaja no tengo nada que reprochar no por gusto me decido por él en cada viaje.

Hotel was very clean and the room was spacious. The only complaint I had was the shower curtain was too short and caused water to go all over the floor. We only stayed 1 night so wasn't something we had big concerns on.

The ceiling had cracks in it !!! on the 6th floor.

Very accommodating for an early check in and I would highly recommend.

This hotel is very unique because you can see and hear the rollercoasters from Seaworld. It is walking distance to Seaworld but on a really hot day may be a bit difficult. There also a few fast-food places well within walking distance and other sit down restaurants not far away.

The hotel is dated. Smell like gas when you walked in. Rooms had a faint smell of mildew. Had to flush the toilet twice to flush. I chose this hotel off of the reviews but it wasn’t what I expected.

Beds need replacing they are worn down also not cool charging for parking, and $12.00 per water bottles in the room..

By far one of the best hotels I stayed at! The complementary breakfast was awesome! Also, the complementary shuttle service to Seaworld was an amazing perk! We will definitely stay here again! Also, the front desk and housekeeping were extremely friendly

Very nice and easy check-in. I did not like parking for extra but I understood after the host explained.

Clean room, clean property, close to everything and nice pool

Nice, clean facility. Spacious, modern room. Great breakfast. Shuttle service. Pool. Shuttle was 30-50 min late all the time, but that's not the hotel's fault.

How clean the environment was , daily restocking of toiletries. This is the first hotel in many that I’ve visited that I didn’t have to go request extra toilet paper a little coffee station 24/7 and mostly how friendly the staff was. And how close some fast food outlets were.

They offer free breakfast. Food was always refilled asap and has good selection. Rooms were good, cleaned well, comfy bed, can't complain. Staff was very nice and offered to help with any issues I had. They need a raise.
