Great location. hotel was very clean. Food and service is very good. Staff very courteous and friendly. only issue was finding an ice machine. Many of them had been removed. Not sure if temporary?

It was an overall great experience for me and family. Directly across the street from SeaWorld which made it so convenient to travel without driving. We are definitely looking forward to visiting again

I'm very upset I now have a bill of over 700$ that I was not told I would be charged and I also have charges of valet that I never used and parking fees were never discussed I was asked if I had a car and told to use my key to enter lot

On the positive side, they have a shuttle that takes you to the park, which sometimes runs a bit late, but it saves you the drive with your own car. They also have ChargePoint electric vehicle charging available .

Mom and son travel this was our second time staying at the hotel it was great! However, the down side the outside bar closed early while the pool remained open till 12:00 am so no access to frozen drinks after 6:00 was disappointing especially with the hot weather.

Always a great time here. We come at least once a year, the staff, amenities and location are great. Kids love the balcony rooms. Kid friendly water area is a bonus.

Charged $300 for deposit. Even thou they say just need a card on file. Then charge $46.00 a day to park. Was told deposit returns at check it. Thats not true. Holds for 3/5 business days. Also the free breakfast isnt free. Charged us for orange juice and coffee after saying it was free with our buffet

Nos quedamos en este hotel un fin de semana y fue mi mejor decisión mi familia y yo estuvimos escantados, la atención espectacular, la comida en todos los lugares del hotel fue excepcional, mis niños solo quieren regresar , la piscina hermosa y se respira tranquila y limpieza, quedamos felices

Very good

I thought the restaurants were great and the room was large for my family of 4. My only complaint was that there was a dance competition going on and the lobby was a mess. I wasn't aware of the competition. I'm sure normally it is very nice.

Their restaurants were hardly open - close by 10 every night: they refused to take an order at 935 pm for take away: their cafe is open very short hours as well.

Best place to stay if you are visiting Orlando Nothing
