Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld

no one at check out, i left the room key at counter.n and haven't recieved my bill statement

It was a really great time. I had an awesome day. I did not eat the breakfast, but everything was great.

Close to attraction. But the maintenance is not great. Shower was clogged they came and fix it. Also it took them 2 days to put conditioner in the room. Service is not the greatest. The breakfast was ok. Only 3 chooses. Scramble eggs, bacon, bancake, and fries and tooset. Serial on the side for kids. During coffee, Ice tee and water.

We checked out early Friday 8/21 to head home due to an emergency at home. And it was just as well. We were not very happy with the Hilton and expected a little more.

In room 406 the water would not turn on in bath tub. Then we got it on it would not shut completly off otherwise it was a great stay.

Overall good stay. Room was nice and clean and had almost everything we needed. Other than one, staff was pleasant. Beds were a little hard for our liking. It was a great location for Discovery Cove.

Room was dirty when I arrived with a bad musky smell room 425. Moldy bathroom dirty toilet seat. Darlene did come back and re did the room, So i do thank her for that but very disapppinted since I have stayed at other Hilton Garden before and the vibe there wasdead. Lobby smelled weird.

My complaints would be that I tried to check in around 5 PM. I stood at the check-in desk with no one there and no one could find somebody to help me for probably 15 minutes. Literally no one at the front desk. Also, really looking forward to the hot tub. Was one of the reasons I booked that particular hotel. And the hot tub was not working.

The property was ok. There were pen marks and looked to be some burns on the bed sheets. The tub caulk was peeling away and looks like moisture was getting behind it and creating mold. The bed and pillows were old and quite uncomfortable as well. It was an ok stay but nothing stood out as good so some of the minor issues were easy to spot over what was good.

James was incredible person, very professional and helpful, please recognize him for me, I will appreciate it a lot.

Was here with my daughter because she was volunteering at the Pharmacy Convention next door. She had early mornings and was trying to have breakfast before heading over but the breakfast was not ready at 6am. We felt like they didn’t want us there that early for breakfast… we had our breakfast and dropped her off. Even the following days felt unwelcoming. We just ate and left. Not much of options for breakfast and it’s not like it’s fancy either so idk why they guard it like crazy. Even asking for toilet paper seemed burdensome. We were ok for the stay; convenient location: across the street for her convention. Would we stay again, idk. Or maybe my expectations for hospitality is just too high.

I would definitely come back.

Place was amazing for price, cleanliness and amenities. Breakfast well priced on Expedia and exceeded expectations. Will definitely stay there again!!

Room and the establishment was very clean

From check-in to check-out, the staff was absolutely excellent. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast was definitely the highlight of our stay. The waitresses were the sweetest, and my son absolutely loved the waffles. We left very impressed with our experience and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this hotel!
