Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando At SeaWorld

Great stay, no problems

Everything was very clean, excellent staff, good breakfast, the room was cleaned every other day and I thought it was excellent. The only thing they would put in the rooms is a piece of furniture with drawers to store their clothes, since the one they have is very small and uncomfortable.

There was a fee for parking that is unusual at Hampton Inn. When booked we were not told there would be a $16 day parking. Upset with the curtains in the room not closing all the way. There was a big gap and light came in the room all night long. It was hard to fall asleep.

The hotel was clean and near seaworld property. Just a short drive after a very long day. Our room was at the end of the hall and you could still hear the ring of the elevator. People Coming down the hall at midnight loudly and early in the morning very loudly. No quiet hours at all. The bathrooms had no extra towels and no exhaust fan which really was not good. The barn doors are hard to pull. Our toilet had some issues. They took care of it but took the towel from the floor and did not replace it. It would have been great to have more towels in the room. The really nice thing I will state is the air conditioner works fantastic. Did not sweat at all. Staff nice. Breakfast good and plenty of parking. Reasonable rate. Don’t think I will be going back. Not normal Hilton behavior I expected.

Clean, staff, breakfast, parking, location......., everything excellent.

We’ve stayed here more than once. The hotel is clean and well maintained. All of the TVs seem to be new and are crystal clear. They have a really good breakfast that has new hot items daily. They also have on-site laundry that you can pay via an app. Staff are friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, literally across the street from SeaWorld. We will stay here again!

Stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and a great value for the price. The breakfast staff was friendly and genuinely helpful. We didn’t have any issues during our visit and would definitely stay here again.

I thought the rooms were nice. They were decent clean what I didn’t care for was the fact that I got charged for parking for each day and that was not disclosed to me when I booked the reservation and that was annoying. Also there was an issue with the toilet and we had to switch rooms.

Some of the USB charge ports were not working in the room. Elevators were consistently out of order. Bathroom door didn't lock.

Bathroom had small hairs in a lot of places and when we asked for room service and new sheets they never came after saying they would. Elevators feel scary too

Don’t be hyped by the name Hilton no charge per vehicle per day. The bed is hard as a rock like not even having a bed on there in first place I could tell the room wasn’t even clean because there was change on the floor underneath the covers at the bottom of the bed, there was something on the toilet seat.
