Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld

Only on the third time of asking that evening did we actually get bedding brought to us. We raised the issue with the staff but there was little feedback from them. Really disappointing to have paid for the extra space and not to have it - even after asking repeatedly! The room itself was a good size and well appointed. The breakfast was ok. The shuttle bus to SeaWorld parks was good (make sure you book your slot). The car parking fee was daylight robbery - $27 per night - which with taxes and admin meant it cost over $90 to park for three nights. This is hidden in small print (but we’d missed it - wouldn’t have stayed there if seen it). The car park is large so plenty of room - so just a money making exercise rather than controlling use!!

The breakfast bar closed at 9am. That is way too early and defeated the purpose of staying where there is breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel was easy to find and also very clean. They put a $50 incidental hold on my CC which they made me aware of for 1 night stay , but there is also a $60 hold in which I have to call and check what that’s about . The swimming pool is spacious and very nice . There is a restaurant by the pool that offers a nice menu that is kid friendly . The parking is $29 for an overnight stay . My only dislike of this stay is how rough and cheap the towels and the sheets on the bed feel.

The room was very convenient and clean. Pool was nice. Hallways and elevators and common areas could be cleaner and updated.

Please security cameras should be placed on more locations, as my AirPod pro was stolen and we couldn’t get the surveillance to ascertain who took. Asides this, it’s a great place to stay. I would stay again

Nice pool ,next to Sea World and Aquatica, 35 min from MCO airport. Room was a nice size I purchase regular room and It fit me and my 3 kids + wife. 2 queen beds and sofa bed tv swivels had believe it was direct tv. TV had apps. Breakfast was okay wasn't as good as they advertised but it was free. Staff was cool and helpful. Towel anything they was there. My bathtub was dirty on arrival but house keeping cleaning it asap. Also know it a 27 dollar per night parking fee. Be aware and no it on it own property's so no parking to the side to avoid parking fee

I liked that the hotel was close to sea world. The breakfast was not the greatest but most surprisingly the front desk staff were down right rude. Would not recommend this hotel.

the on-property food offerings are okay at best, plan on eating elsewhere. beyond that the resort was clean, nice, and the rooms were spacious and well maintained. WE are likely to be back next time we are in Orlando.

Everything was very accessible and near the hotel. Our room was always clean. They had 3 days during the week they go into the room and change sheets, garbage and put new towels. The staff were amazing and very helpful all the time. The breakfast was delicious. The pool was awesome all the time til 10pm. We are definitely staying here next time. 10/10

Our room was decent. There was a wet towel in the tub still when we checked in and some hair in the tub from shaving. But it was small east to miss. We didn’t complain about it no big deal. The staff upgraded our room for no extra charge so this was nice. Housekeeping was awesome with the garbage we had and lots of towel requests.

Comfortable and nice but please clean the bathrooms right, with Clorox, it smelled after all that time in there.

Cleanliness of rooms

The room was not clean. There was butter in the fridge when we arrived, the trash was not taken out, and the coffee machine was dirty. My sister in law was coming the next day and she’s currently pregnant, out of safety precautions, she had to stay somewhere else due to the conditions of the room. We came for a relaxing and stress free weekend and it was not that way one bit.

The pool looked smaller than on photos but we didnt go in and we didnt see the gym or hot tub to comment on those. The breakfast was good with lots of choice but was too busy especially on weekends the queues were really long and it was hard to find a spare table. Breakfast finished by 9am so could do with finishing later to help with the queues. The biggest negative was the cleanliness of rooms. We did not get our room cleaned until a whole week had passed and that was only because i approached the reception and asked if when we upgraded our room had not been noted thus was left off the cleaning list. We had to ask for new towels or toilet roll and soap. When our room was finally cleaned we noticed that the sheets had not been changed at all ( as there was blood stains on one sheet). The next week and a half we had two more visits so in 17 days we had 3 visits and we had to empty our own rubbish everyday and ask for toilet rolls !!!

Breakfast lacks variety and the lines were super long especially on weekends,anyhow the staff was very efficient and pleasant.Empty areas were replenished promptly and areas cleaned up,was very impressed with breakfast room staff.
