Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando Theme Parks

I stayed in a room with a kitchenette and two beds while traveling with my 9-month-old baby. Overall, the experience was very positive. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the layout of the room provided plenty of space for our family. The hotel also offers a laundry facility and a small convenience store, which were both very useful during our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and met our needs very well. One thing that was disappointing was the parking fee. Booking.com did not clearly indicate that the hotel charges a daily parking fee of $29. We found this cost to be excessively expensive, especially considering it is an additional charge that was not obvious during the booking process. Greater transparency regarding parking fees would help guests better understand the total cost of their stay before making a reservation.

The room was spotless and smelled nice. The beds are super comfy and they provide a lot of pillows. The breakfast has a large selection of food and it all tasted great. The location of the hotel is near all the theme parks. The staff was very friendly. I love the flexibility of check in times.

Sinceramente el trato fue espectacular desde que llegué, nos tocó en el primer piso y le solicitamos que si nos podían poner en uno más alto y muy amable nos colocaron en el piso 6. El desayuno rico y muy variado. De verdad excelente servicio.

Todo estuvo excelente lo único fue que nos llevamos una sorpresa cuando nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar el parqueo .Yo no sé si lo decía en la página del hotel o no porque en verdad no me fijé pero le advierto a los demás cliente para que lo tengan en cuenta .Y es bien caro por cierto .Por lo demás todo magnífico

Shuttles bus pick up timing was not matching. Picking up early before the show is get over and dropping off late.

Check in date was Aug. 3rd and check out 8th. Breakfast was the usual. There's a coffee tea station in the lobby. Please add brown sugar to the selection. Parking is $27 per night. Privacy !!!! On Friday 7th approx 9.15pm EST another guest card unlocked our suite. The night guard on the door was the barrier that restricted their entry. Calling to report the matter to front desk we were on hold for approximately 14 mins. We were further advised that no manager was on duty. This is Friday night approx 9:28pm. Todate we still haven't heard from management (15th and we are back home). Disregard for privacy is a major concern for us. This has never happened at 5893 American Way or 8745 International Dr. Please review your security privacy policy/procedures to mitigate future reccurrence.

Overall, great hotel and location.

We had a great time. We had the two bedroom suite... my kids loved that everyone got their own bed and privacy. The staff was great and although we had a few things happen while we were there, they were quick to fix our issues. The location was great and it was clean, beds were decent, and the food (breakfast) was good. The elevators were ridiculously slow, tho. Other than a few small issues, we had a really nice time and we will definitely be back!

Pool water should be warmer. Didn't like the paid parking. Staff is helpful and property is nice. Very good location.
