Accommodating staff, went above and beyond.

Everyone was very sweet and friendly. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return back to Orlando.

I wasnt expecting much from this hotel but l was pleasantly surprised and glad that l chose it.The breakfast was so good and the housekeeping was amazing also staff was very friendly and warm especially kayla at the front desk.l would highly recommend.

Free breakfast, Pool not busy at all even in Aug hot sun. Close the buses bought. 7 day Lynx pass to get around, cinema close by too. . Room was big and clean with a Kitchenette. I will definitely be back next year when prices are out. Oh and friendly staff too

The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. Free breakfast buffet was very good! Friendly staff. We will be back next time we stop in Orlando.

I love everything about this hotel except the showers the water literally trickles down. Taking showers is just horrible 😫

The property was clean and close to all the parks of universal . Nothing

Excelent spot. Good to shoping and close to universal park.

First night a squeaking noise in the bathroom woke me up all night . They fixed the next day. The third night I 10 hours for new sheets and the ac unit kept going out all evening into the night. Front desk Staff were not very helpful.

Location, price Room was very warm, didn't realize housekeeping wasn't done everyday. This was inconvenient when we got back from a tiring day and had to wait for towels to be able to shower

The hotel needs to work in several areas the pool needs more maintenance, the breakfast area needs a new toaster, and needs new equipment to warm up the food the eggs were very cold for breakfast, bathroom had cracked wall and bathroom sink had a crack in it. The check in staff are all very nice and helpful.
