Hyatt House Orlando International Drive

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, creaking with every move and bedding was shedding its filling. Room wasn’t properly cleaned and housekeeping only visited twice in our 4 night stay when it was advertised for daily. Overall it was fine but not great.

The staff, check-in process, and room were great. Better than I expected and made our trip super easy and comfortable. Thank you!

Nice & clean , Beautiful Breakfast Nothing

Clean room, staff was nice, breakfast was okay. The $20 for parking was ridiculous and hidden from me until I was ready to pay, that wasn’t nice.

Arrived at my room by end of day and noticed, everything was still the same except the bed sheets and sofa pillows were fixed . The front desk staff was great, room service quality was poor.

The room is fairly spacious and it’s nice to have the kitchen. We were able to put leftovers in the fridge and eat them the next day. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Staff on check in was fine. However checkout the lady at front desk was congregating with cleaning staff before her acknowledging that someone was in line. Gentleman ended up assisting me upon checkout and I didn’t receive pleasant looks from cleaning staff.

Parking is $20 per day, an extra fee. The hotel is located on a main road where there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and theme parks like Universal. It is a wonderful tourist attraction. I am adding this hotel on my list as a go-to for my next visit to Orlando.

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The two-bedroom apartment had flying insects and mosquitoes in several areas. I immediately reported the issue to reception and left the apartment so the staff could handle it. When I returned, I found the apartment door had been left unlocked, which was a serious security concern. Unfortunately, the insect problem was also not fully resolved. I expected a much more professional standard of service.

Our family has stayed here three times. We enjoy the complimentary breakfast and shuttle to Universal.

Rooms were large and plenty big enough for a small family.

I had to come in town for a meeting for school and I decided to stay with the Hyatt house in Orlando on international Drive. I had a great experience. The front desk was able to help me check in early so that I can get some rest before my meeting which is greatly appreciated. Breakfast was complementary. They also had easy to find parking and checkout went smoothly.
