We all understand saving money but if client ask for tiolet and towel .please dont take 5 hours to bring items .had to call twice for items.Hotel great location .secure and safe .....

Je vais commencer par la chambre, tout était très bien pour ce qui est de la chambre, le nettoyage se faisait à tout les jours excepté la dernière journée, il a fallut le demander comme 2 à 3 fois et à la fin, nous avons juste pris les serviettes, la nourriture était excellente pour les déjeuners, le café était souvent en manque, on le demandait et ils réapprovisionnait, donc ça ok, pour ce qui est de l’eau chaude, il faudrait simplement vérifier qu’elle reste vraiment chaude si possible de temps en temps; ce serait apprécié, votre personnel Gaby et l’autre femme qui parlait espagnol que j’ai oublié le nom étaient sympathique et chaleureuses, et rapide pour le service, la piscine était superbe et l’équipe était bien. Nous allons revenir au mois de décembre les revoir. Le nuit nous entendions les autres voisins faire du bruit. Juste un petit coup d’œil serait bien, pour le reste, merci beaucoup

Best hotel we have stayed at in Orlando. ( We have stayed at alot) free parking ! Incredible breakfast! Friendly compassionate staff! Close to all the good stuff! Most comfortable bed ever! Ice cold air conditioner.alot of the theme parks no longer let you controll temp in your and they are stiffeling. Also great value! We will be back
