Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside Inn and Suites

10/10 experience really recommend booking at this resort

The room was very good, but the only thing we didn't like was the shower; it's horrible and makes showering unpleasant.

Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food court in area where you order your breakfast lunch and dinner was also one of the best parts of this hotel. It’s almost like a buffet style The bus transportation to Universal and epic was the most convenient part of the vacation. I would highly recommend this hotel in the future.

Our room was right by the elevator and hall to the lobby. Loved that. My only issue was the bus service. My daughter has an electric wheel chair. We went to the bus. The first bus was for epic and sent us to the second bus station even though we were at the city walk station. Fine. Then that bus was full and sent us to the bus behind them that was literally empty. Three girls ran on and the bus and as I was motioning to the driver it zoomed away. The next bus that came was the same one from epic. He asked how long we had been waiting and I told him since he had left and I explained it happened but he did call to find out what was going on in another bus was right behind him. It was ridiculous my child is handicapped. Not that we should get special treatment I don’t think that at all but telling me you couldn’t wait for us for the two seconds it took us to get back to the front of your bus because you sent us away

Spacious room, great bus service to the parks.

Excellent place to be in if traveling with kids with food allergies. The pier 8 market within the resort is very accommodating with special food requests. I was able to get customized food to support my kid with celiac. We loved the property as they provided daily cleaning of the rooms.
