Breeze into one of the Universal parks up to an hour earlier than regular guests with Early Park Admission* (valid theme park admission required; select attractions). Standard rooms include a 43-inch flat-screen TV and a small refrigerator. Two-bedroom suites feature two 43-inch flat-screen TVs, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. This property was excellent the staff was friendly the room was very clean and spacious. It was my granddaughter birthday and they provided a nice little gift and amenities. My overall experience was amazing!

There’s also a Walgreens right next to the hotel, so it’s super easy to grab essentials, snacks, and drinks whenever you need them. Although breakfast isn’t included, the food at the hotel restaurant is actually really good. There’s also a Starbucks right in the lobby, which is very convenient.

The whole stay was a 5/5 stars. Definitely great, friendly staff, and very clean and well maintained. The only two things of note was that there was no microwave in the room which becomes inconvenient when you have to go down to the cafe by the lobby every time you want to heat something up and that the pool is only up to 3.5 feet deep. I get it’s a family resort but it would’ve been nice to have a deep side. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Family of five adults the room was tight, but it was ok since we were there for only 2 nights. A drill wend off in the middle of the night and startled us. Ended up being a false alarm, thankfully. Laundry machines had issues with taking debt card, but we were able to get coins from a machine in the laundry room. Food at the resort was quite good. Items for purchase were expensive of course. Loved the complimentary shuttle!
