The staff at the front desk were very nice. The room was clean and big. The location of the hotel was very nice, being close to the mall at Millenia and Universal Studios.

The property was well kept, central to everything in Orlando, decorated elegantly yet minimalistic, my room was spacious and beautiful, the staff were amazingly friendly & helpful, really loved the restaurant- it was a lot better quality food than I expected, and most importantly it felt rather safe. Honestly, this hotel was far better than I expected it to be. So glad I took a chance on it! There should probably cameras in the elevators & rules for leaving clothes for extended times in washers or driers (that could possibly be linked to a room number through the app) so other guests don’t have to wait long periods of time for a machine as there are only two.

overall; very good for what we paid. nice and wide room, pretty clean, bathroom didnt have locker, plenty hangers and wide storage area. a/c was old fation so it was hot/cold alternately, 5 min from universal sites and 1 min from our favorite restaurant so it was very convinient.

I like the location being close to food & shopping The front counter person was kind It was my third stay and each room that I’ve stayed in the air conditioning unit is noisy The floor needed to be mopped & hair was in the sink There wasnt a iron available that didnt have build up on it so wrinkled clothes is what I wore
