TRYP by Wyndham Orlando

The location is perfect, convenient. Near everything but far away for peace and quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. This is my second stay and will definitely choose them again when traveling to Orlando.

They need to have a bette staff that know Th job and how to talk to people and they need to pay more attention

For Starters, After checking in and making it to my room i noticed body fluid stains from the previous guest on the bed sheets and mattress covers. I called Housekeeping and took pictures of the sheet stains . Housekeeping came in and changed the sheets and mattress covers. Secondly the pool was Extremely dirty and full of leaves and debris . 3rd Carpet inside hallway and room smelled like mildew as soon as we entered the room . Not a good experience.

When I open my room, I went to the bathroom and noticed the toilet wasn’t clean good enough. Let’s just say it had a streak from the last person that used it. Also, my bed was kinda wet ether. They didn’t dry it good enough or they took a rag and wipe the dirty spots off. I also went the next day and complain about a certain type of bug that was crawling in the sheets, the office staff lady told me it’s because humility which doesn’t make any sense.

Everything about this hotel was perfect. The price, the location, and it looked new. Free parking but there was a charge for breakfast (understandable). My only issue was that there was no hot water at 2 am when I arrived. I needed a hot shower after being on the road for 12 hours. That being said, there was plenty of hot water the next morning and the staff was perky and pleasant and friendly! I would stay here again.

Rooms are very clean, bed is comfy & staff is amazing :)

Clean rooms, good location and free parking Water in the shower takes too long to get hot. We only stayed one night but if we'd planned to stay longer I would have moved hotels

Location. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the horrible smell of the water. It was absolutely disgusting, especially when showering, and even worse when trying to brush our teeth.

Loved everything about this hotel

The location. The early morning person at the front desk was very rude and not helpful when I reported that there was no hot water in the shower. She literally said “well today you’ll just have to take a cold shower.”

Free parking. Good location A lot of mold in room, as soon as you opened the door to the room you could smell the mold and mildew

The staff was great. Check in and check out process is quick. If you need something they take care of right away. Room was clean, as well as hallways and sitting areas. Free parking is a plus. I have an issue with the blanket on the bed. Most hotels do the same thing with the blanket inside of two sheets and I wish they would come up with a better solution, and the room could use a bigger refrigerator.

Everything was great. Only negatives were they charge for breakfast, and they shut off the hot water at like 2am.
