We loved the location No negative experiences

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. Received a restaurant recommendation that was possibly the best meal we had during our vacation. Nothing negative to report.

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was the very friendly and helpful staff.

Almost everything We had some problems with the WiFi connection which Pietro helpfully tried and somehow managed to solve.

We had a large clean and comfortable room with a partial view of the Duomo! We loved hearing the bells out our window. The staff was so kind and helpful! A special thanks to Massimo who was so kind and attentive during our stay. He even helped us park our car?. On that note, the video directions to the parking lot in order to avoid the ZTL zones that they sent via text were great. They were very responsive to questions, and the breakfast provided was better than expected, even after reading the great reviews about the breakfast. The location of the property couldn’t be better! The only downside was that their phone system wasn’t working during our stay and also there were some issues with the Wi-Fi. Not their fault though!

Location was great. Staff was super helpful and communicated before our stay so we had all the correct gps coordinates to find our way. Breakfast was ample and delicious. Room is very compact and towels were small.

Nice location in old town. While location was good the shower floor was dangerously slippery and the room heat / air system did not work.

Private gated parking was available. We were in the annex a short walk away from the main hotel. Quiet and convenient.

Get room 302 with the amazing view of The Duomo. Zero

Really great breakfast with eggs,bacon and many other options. Excellent cappuccinos. Lovely, helpful staff who made dinner reservations for us. Great water pressure in the shower. Not a thing.

Lovely property in a great location. Staff is excellent and very friendly. We had a flat tire and Europcar was difficult and unhelpful. Alyssa, at the front desk, made many calls and found us a mechanic to fix the tire. She was amazing. Kudos Alyssa. The rest of the staff has also been terrific. Great breakfast. Will certainly stay here again. We had a lovely suite but the other rooms are a bit small. Still location and property is perfect.

It was in a perfect location! We were steps from the Duomo and many charming shops and restaurants. The staff was great and the breakfast was very good. The decor was a bit dated but very comfortable. I would definitely choose it again and recommend it highly. One thing... please please please, put some not-slip strips on the shower floor. It was a great shower except that it was treacherous in how slippery it was. Stepping out of it was a hazard, please add some strips.

It is right in the heart of Orvieto. A lovely, small walled town on top of the hill. It is right next to the Duomo. One of the most beautiful cathedrals in Italy. The staff and included breakfast was really nice. I had no complaints with the property. Wish I would’ve stayed there a few more nights.
