This was an absolutely amazing and lovely stay! It was extremely clean, perfect location, and every staff member was so kind and helpful. The room was spacious and the balcony was perfect spot to read and rest in a beautiful town. This was the highlight of our trip and the best place we stayed. So close to the Duomo which was the one of most beautiful Churches I have seen in Italy filled with Biblical history. Absolutely nothing - would come again in a heartbeat and recommend to others!

Centrally located, extremely pleasant and kind hosts! Comfortable bed, which was nice after long days of walking.

Staff were great and is in a great location. Breakfast was very good. We had a great time without any issues. The town of Orvieto was very busy during the day. We had a rent car and parking near the property was 3-4 blocks away. The B&B had a discounted rate at the parking lot.

Comfortable, clean and in a great location in the historic city center. The property has AC. Breakfast at the cafe next door was good. Everything was great.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable. Washing machine. Very helpful owner (Serena). Caterina was helpful but hard to get to smile. Her granddaughter was delightful and helpful.

Enjoyable quiet location. Breakfast I the cafe was appreciated. Frosted glass door to room was strange. Led to other guests yanking on our locked door several times throughout the stay, maybe thinking it was a hallway or common area. Could have used signage stating it was a room. Quite startling to have this happen late at night.

Had excellent communication from the host even though our arrival time was much later than expected. Amazing location, would most definitely return! AC left a bit to be desired maybe have a fan in the room to help move the air around a bit more

An amazing patio and comfortable beds. Great restaurant recommendations too! Lots of stairs, but the view and room were worth every single step!

Our room was very clean and spotless. The windows were very good at blocking the noise on a Saturday evening when people were on the street late. The location is excellent, it is easy to walk everywhere.

The property was right in the center of town…almost next door to the Duomo. Everything was clean, the host was very helpful, and even let us store our luggage. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice,clean, and staff very nice and helpful. The information on hotel detail should state no elevator. Steep stairs. Room could be on the 4th floor.

The location. It took a while to find someone to check in, on the day we arrived. We had to ask for the location of breakfast.
