This place was truly amazing! It simply had the best atmosphere of any place I’ve ever stayed N/A!!

The property is a luxurious accommodation in the medieval town of Orvieto within a short walking distance to the duomo, restaurants serving Umbrian cuisine, local shops, and event centers for the the Umbrian winter jazz festival. The staff is superb. Rooms are exquisite. The restaurant is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever experienced.

Everything was perfect. The room was beautifully and uniquely designed , modern and minimalistic , black and white. Enormous 2story window face the rustic wall behind the small patio with big plants. Electronically controlled blinds cover the window for a night. The tv slides up of a small desk by the window and down when you don’t want to watch it. The bathroom and shower are amazing and toiletries are top notch and smelling fantastic. There is Dyson hair drier , plush bathrobes and very nice slippers . There is Nespresso coffee maker and elegant snacks in a cabinet. Everything you need is there. Linens are luxurious and bed just perfect. Simply heaven from start to end. Breakfast is served in a stylish lobby and bar. There is not huge choices there but everything is the best quality. Music choice in a lobby and bar is as perfect as everything else- smooth , classy jazz. On top of it staff ,elegantly dressed in black shirts and grey pants ( again, classy , modern looking and good quality) was amazing and helpful. We even got the elegant little gift at the end, bottle of gourmet oil. 2 night was not enough. We wish we stayed longer.

The property was spectacular. A few steps from the Duomo. They had paid parking but it was great as we could park car in Duomo square. Sam was so helpful handing our luggage from parking spot to room then back when we left. So helpful. The room- ours was 103- was a good size. The ceilings were so high. Beds were comfortable. We had dinner in the converted church. The food was so beautifully decorated. The breakfast was amazing with a tray of so many selections for each table. Toilet was high for shorter people.

Outstanding interior decoration, excellent service. Really special

The most wonderful world class surprise in a tiny hilltop town. Newly opened and designed by a well known Naples architect, this spot is destined to have a Michelin starred restaurant. Super cool in every way.
