Average facility, Nice Staff

Didn't get to do much. We had too many kids to do anything. I stayed in the room a lot. Customer service was excellent Pools extremely cold. Indoor pool was awful. Didn't enjoy at all. Water park way too expensive even just to go watch. I stayed in room.

There were no elevators to our room. I was shocked with no elevators. The room was clean but the bathroom seemed very humid, not great circulation or fan, and appeared to have areas of mold peaking through…. overall not too bad though. We would go again, just request a different area to stay in on the property.

Fun at Landshark bar and good breakfast at JB boathouse.

Great food, staff and pools.

Nice view of the lake. Everything was old and run down.
-
Room was clean and big people were very helpful and wasn't overly priced
-
Really enjoyed our stay, definitely will be back

their golf cart/shuttle service was awesome!!! no worries about walking up all the hills… a DJ was playing at the adult pool in the afternoon and the place was hopping! had so much fun on a girls trip!

The room was clean and loved the pool!
-
Breakfast The room smelled like mold. Air conditioner did not cool the room

This is a decent hotel. We stayed for the weekend. The location on the water is great. The amount of activities are also great, but the rooms and facilities were both outdated.
-
Well worth the price. Had helpful staff our swim up bartenders were excellent, our waiter was great. Breakfast buffet hit the spot after 12 hours of debauchery. Food at landshark was great definitely be back
-
That it was right on the lake Not many activities had no actual beach to get in the water, pools too small, the covered parking is not secure at all. Building and rooms are outdated. Too expensive for what it actually has

The pools were nice but if you wanted pool service it was a little slow. The weekend was definitely the busiest. All of the amenities are way over priced! 1 game of bowling $12 per person, the putt putt was $10 per person but the course needs redone. The carpet was bubbled and coming up. The arcade is way over priced and if you want to just watch your kids in the indoor water park (you're not actively participating in any swimming) you have to pay to do that. We decided to rent a boat at a different marina because there was a substantial price difference. The go carts are nice for rides back up the hill from the pool/restaurants. Overall, the price you pay for what you actually get is not worth it. It was our first time at Lake of the Ozarks. We'll definitely be back but not to Margaritaville.
