Great stay.

It's in need of some updates. There's also an airport runway directly in front so planes are very low and loud at random times. The indoor pool looks decent. Staff was helpful. Free breakfast and parking. Seems like a pretty safe area. Close to a lot of good places to eat. Overall it served its intended purpose at a relative price point.

Bathroom door doesn't shut, drains are slow to drain. AC noisy, the place needs maintenence.
-
The outside entrance was awful they need to fill in big holes in concrete and a big bulge of asphalt that’s just sitting there from blowing up. Juice machine didn’t work and ran out of jug of juice. Halls were dirty. Our bathroom in our handicap room smelled like pee. The place just isn’t well maintained.

The air conditioning was excellent. The sink was stopped up. There wasn't a channel menu for the tv.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast actually pretty good. We chose it because of its close distance to the hospital where Grandma had surgery. It was cheap.

Easy to find. There was a pool although it needed cleaned. The hotel itself was clean. The pool was dirty. The hot tub didnt work. You had to hold the toilet flusher down fir it to flush properly. The whole hotel had a funky smell. Especially in the elevator.

Very good

The bed was comfortable and the customer service was good. Staff tried to make our stay pleasant but there was only so much they could do. The property in general needs upgraded/maintained better. The internet was inoperable almost the entire stay. Staff had contractors trying to fix it to no avail. Cleanliness was borderline adequate. Room walls and doors needed painting, lobby needed painting, the upholstery on sofas in the lobby area were peeling and just looked very messy and unprofessional.

It was nice. I had read some online reviews that mentioned horrible things so I was apprehensive. But the only thing they were right about was the hot tub not working. Our room was clean, comfy, and more than adequate. The water pressure was a little on the soft side for me, and there were only three pillows on the bed, but I bring my own with me when I travel so it was not a big deal. The indoor pool is nice, and relatively heated but not overwhelmingly hot. There's a basketball hoop in the shallow end for the kids. The breakfast was from 6-9am and there were waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, oatmeal, various fruit and breads/bagels. I had a waffle, it was fine and my dad had biscuits and gravy. He said they were good. The coffee was fresh and hot, too. The parking lot is not a good first impression. There's a huge divot in the concrete, and there are these massive speed bumps on the hill going down to the hotel. Going up the hill is when it's really bad because you have to go fast enough to get up the hill and get over the speed bumps. It's very rough at 9am. Or 4pm... Or any time you leave the hotel. The employees here were very nice and super friendly. They ran my credit card, as a security deposit, but didn't charge it. Which is nice, because it seems to somehow take forever for those refunds. Everything was in order when we arrived and they let us check in at 130pm. I would definitely stay here again! I wish the hot tub was working. The parking lot needs some attention. Also I wished the Wi-Fi was a bit better but we were on the third floor, so perhaps that's why it was a tad slow.

There is no carpeting in the rooms which was fine since we stayed there with our dogs. The bed was really tall off the ground and with only one chair in the room there was no place to sit with our dogs. With dachshunds it didn't really work. The road it was on wasn't too busy so we were able walk our dogs across the road at the airport. The was a nice grassy area at the front of the hotel as well. The handle on the toilet had to be held down to get it to flush properly. It was not a bad place but it would be unlikely we would return.

Overall it was manageable for a one night stay in the area but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Like how close it was to things The hotel is run down. The people who live on the third floor are very loud. Also the driveway is in desperate need of repair. If you want your room cleaned you have to ask. They said they kept calling our room but we would not return to our room until about 8:30 pm since we were visiting family.
