I loved the location, easy 15 mins walk from Namba station, right in the dotonbori area, we walked across the street and the river was right there with lots of restaurants and the main attractions. There is a convenient 7 eleven next door. N/A everything was great, good price for the location and clean service. The room is small but classic for the area.

The room was very nice and bed so comfortable! Hotel staff went above and beyond to provide everything I could need for a pleasant stay, and room amenities exceeded my expectations. The front desk kept my luggage stored safely after I checked out of my room so I could go sightseeing a bit more before my flight. Overall I am very satisfied and would come back here on my next stay in Osaka. Everything was great.

Excellent location within walking distance of Dotonbori and Namba Station, with two convenience stores nearby. The room is typically compact, as expected in Japan, but it offers excellent Wi-Fi, a TV, and complimentary on-demand movies in English, making it a comfortable stay. The hotel provides DIY instant coffee rather than freshly brewed coffee. There is no complimentary coffee available in the lobby.

Hotel is clean and in good location The hotel staff would not call taxis for us when requested. They gave us a few business cards of taxi companies for us to call them ourselves. It was difficult since we do not speak Japanese. Other APA hotels we stayed at would arrange happily arrange a taxi for us. I do not understand why this specific hotel would not do that.

With only one night in Osaka, we chose this location so we could be in the middle of the action, and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are small but make great use of the space. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
