Very beautiful, very clean, nice staff, good bed and pillow. Rooms are a bit too cramped. Step to enter in bathroom may be a problem for some people. Single elevator can take a while.

Not sure i am the biggest fan of all the mirrors. microwave and ice only on first floor/lobby so a bit awkward to be in front of new guests.

Nice, clean space which is close to the Shin-Osaka Station, making it convenient for travelers wanting to explore places. Nothing within the hotel's control. The hotel is really good. There are no food places which open till late.

Overall, the hotel is small but built to a luxury standard. The bedroom is small but to a luxury standard too and therefore good. The staff were attentive, polite and tried their very best at all times. There was a stain on the duvet in my room. The Ole breakfast area is too small with too few seats. The wear and tear on the walls because of the lack of space gives a very poor impression, which is in contrast to the rest of the hotel. The solution is to remodel and expand the Ole breakfast area, extending its perimeter to where the current outside courtyard is now. Doing this would result in more space for the food, more tables and allow the decor of this room to match the excellence of rest of the hotel.

Great location. Easy reach from Shinkansen station. Easy to commute after. Very clean hotel. Helpful staff Rooms are bit congested to move around. But we found that is same in most places in Japan

I have stayed at APA hotels many times; this one in particular. I like the convenient location, away from the busy city centre, but close to trains, while the compact but comfortable rooms are always clean and well-appointed. The staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. No problems at all.

Location was convenient for us Zero noise isolation. We could hear every word said in the room next door. Unfortunately there were some loud people in the room next door and we barely got any rest. You can hear everyone walking on your hotel floor as there is a gap under the door and you can even see people’s shadows walking by. Wouldn’t return or recommend.

The room is designed very efficiently, the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, and the location is convenient both to the subway and to Shin-Osaka. No problems at all, everything was fine.
