Good location, easy access M line subway. The refrigerator in the room is very small by most standards, WiFi is not stable occasionally.

Good location, friendly staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Managed to get a good price for the period of my stay, so well worth it. Easy short walk to the train station. Convenience stores and restaurants easily accessible in the area. Bathroom is a bit small but that is to be expected in Japan. If you are on the taller side or have a large frame, something to be aware of. There are these weird slippers provided in the rooms and I found them a bit uncomfortable. Disposable insoles are provided as well, but they don't tend to stay in the slippers. So I ended up asking for some disposable slippers from reception.

Very safe for a solo female traveler, hotel has all the amenities plus a it’s close to a 7-11 and a family mart, 5 minutes from subway entrance, the room also had windows that opened which was plus They charged a fee to use the microwave downstairs

It was very good value for money,fulfilling all my travel requirements and comfortable place to sleep after long tours. It was too tight but the location and price can be justified.

It was nice but seems a bit outdated. The are only two small elevators and it can be very challenging to get back to the lobby and long lines when large parties arrive and getting back to your room in the evening. Comfortable beds and very good breakfast buffet .

the washroom and the staff are all polite. that the internet was so slow and everytime they cleaned our room they do not pick up the trash.

Close to big station and lots of combini in the area. Clean and has complete amenities. Space is very tiny for double occupancy.

The location is excellent if you want to easy access to the train station. The hotel has two towers, but basic amenities like ice and coffee were only available in one of them, which meant having to go over to the other tower and up to the second floor just to get a cup of coffee.,The coffee itself was quite weak. It also felt like the hotel struggled to keep up with the number of guests, especially in the mornings. The experience would have been much better if there had been a simple coffee and water station in the main foyer. Instead, guests had to purchase bottled water, which was inconvenient. Adding accessible coffee and water machines downstairs would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

the location was good. easy to get to the train station and other public transportation. lots of food options near by The room they gave us had large human excrement in the toilet. Took a picture and showed it to the front desk staff. Staff came to the room to verify my complaint. They gave us a different room across the hall. Room was loud, every footstep and word in the hallway was heard inside the room.

Hotel is right next to Shin-Osaka - perfect if you're looking to stay for a few days and then travel to the next city. Bed was comfortable. Location is good, right next to a both the shinkansen, JR and metro and only 2 or 3 stops from Umeda. Staff are friendly, room was clean nothing to complain about. Room itself is absolutely fine but it is small, if you plan to be out all day and come back to sleep only like I did then it's no bother at all, those who like to laze around all day at the hotel will probably want to look somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone who travels and works, there is virtually no space to put a laptop.

Great location, didn’t get the view, but the room was amazing itself so no need! Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and cozy room!
