There were a lot of good things about the hotel, especially the cleanliness. And my favorite over the top were the delicious free breadrolls in the morning. A simple yet elegant touch. It was a little bit difficult to navigate here from Shin-Osaka station because the connectivity was blocked by the tall houses. But that's hardly the hotel's fault.

This was my fourth time. I was even recognized this time. I like staying at this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located, the staff is nice, and the public bathhouse is a nice onsen. Everything is good there. I don't buy breakfast at this hotel anymore because they serve bento breakfast and there are plenty of breakfast options nearby, but you can get tea and coffee in the library-dining room.

Everything was great, free breakfast was included. Bed, pillows good for me! I used the communal bath and was great ? Staff very friendly. Highly recommended!

Nice location, and good amenities. Free soft drinks and ochazuke in the nights. Attentive staff and super close to the big Shin Osaka station. The rooms can be super small for couples.

All good.

I've stayed at the hotel several times already. I like its practicality and location: it's very convenient to arrive and depart by shinkansen, it's convenient to travel to Kyoto on local trains, and it's convenient to get around the city, as the subway station is within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and "fast food" and convenient stores options nearby, and some of restaurants are very good. I like everything about this hotel. Okay, so they have a weird approach to breakfast: they give you an obento and a box of juice. It looks almost like an army ration pack. But I don't buy it anymore, because you can find better food just across the street.

The rooms are bit small and there was a urine smell lingering in the bathroom.

The location is perfect if you are coming to Osaka via Shinkansen, or JR Haruka train from airport, as it is walkable from the Shin-Osaka station. The hotel provides night wear, and has a good lounge with lots of Manga. Worth the price considering the cost of the other hotels in Japan. We just spent one night, as our flight was Osaka, and this was a very comfortable option. This is perfect if you are travelling solo. The room and the bed are quite small, and can fit a maximum of 2 people. It would get uncomfortable for longer stays for 2 people.

Great lounge. No English language and room was very small.

Very nice staff to welcome you when you walk in , very clean hotel , and no unwanted room service ; they leave everything you need at the door without bothering you every morning. When I come back to Osaka , Japan I will definitely stay here again !

The room is really small & the power goes out without your key card, which causes the fridge to melt. But otherwise great!

the wifi was kinda bad

The place is close enough to both the JR/shinkansen lines and the metro and it's easy to adjust the temperature of my room to what I'm comfortable to. Room was pretty small and probably wouldn't fit a check in suitcase. There is also no bottled water in your room but there is a vending machine in the building.

It has a relaxing lobby and the staff is very professional!

While the room is on the small size, the bed was the most comfortable out of all our hotel stays during our trip. We loved taking advantage of the public bath as well after long days of walking. The location is also very convenient. You can get to it quickly if you exit directly from the midosuji line. Rooms are small but it's a business hotel so it's to be expected.
