Really great value. Good location, metro is near by. Nice staff, also there's someone in reception all the time. Ladies toilets was clean, the bed was comfy. There's vending machines inside It felt bit chilly in corridor, because sometimes the door was open to the garden

The staff are amazing. The bath is out right now but they gave me tickets to irifune onsen and it was a great experience. The room had adequate space shelving and hangers for clothes. The bathroom had squat toilets and some people didn't know how to aim very well ?

The price. The cheapest rate for a room with share bathroom in Osaka. Lift/Elevator. Hot Jacuzzi public bathroom for max 6 people’s. Ask 2 common bathroom at ground floor. Toilet at every floor. Drinking water dispenser at every floor. In room, tv, small fridge and air conditioner/heater. The hotel located opposite police station and supermarket just 50-60m away with many restaurants, convenience store and 150m from shin inmamiya train station. No towel provided. No kitchen. No toothbrush/paste provided. But for the rate they charge, it doesn’t matter.

I enjoyed my stay at hotel wako. nothing to complain about . - this hotel is good option for solo traveler, who want a private room. best price for privacy. - the ladies toilet and shower room is clean and nicely neat. - room comes with mini fridge, ac, tv, mini table, mattress, comforter , and a window -the location is just under 10 minutes walk to jr shin-imamiya station. safe to walk alone. - the staffs are polite too. thank you hotel wako

Super cheap, but super dirty as well. The hotel seemed never being cleaned! However the staff were nice, location is not bad where you can easily access to Dobutsuen mae and Shin Imamiya Station. The hotel seemed never being cleaned! Everywhere inside the room were left a lot of dirt, reconsider to stay here when you couldnt bear it
